My experience at UXCO Boulogne was…

My experience at UXCO Boulogne was extremely disappointing. After moving out, the management never contacted me directly — instead, I received a registered letter demanding a very high payment, mainly due to outrageous cleaning and repair fees. UXCO will look for any possible excuse to claim that you have not returned the room to a “brand new” condition, and then charge excessive amounts for cleaning and repairs. During this time, no one answered my calls and there was absolutely no communication — only aggressive demands for payment. When I requested real proof of payment, they only sent me invoices and incorrectly claimed that “an invoice is proof of payment,” which is not true in France. The process is extremely opaque and shows a lack of respect for tenants. I strongly warn anyone thinking of moving into UXCO to be cautious about their fees and management practices.

Mon expérience à UXCO Boulogne a été extrêmement décevante. Après mon départ, la gestion ne m’a jamais contacté directement — j’ai reçu à la place une lettre recommandée m’exigeant un paiement très élevé, principalement à cause de frais de nettoyage et de réparation scandaleusement exagérés. UXCO cherche tous les prétextes possibles pour prétendre que le logement n’a pas été rendu à l’état « neuf », puis facture des montants excessifs pour le ménage et les réparations. Pendant cette période, personne n’a répondu à mes appels, aucune communication n’a eu lieu — seulement des demandes de paiement agressives. Lorsque j’ai demandé une preuve réelle de paiement, ils m’ont simplement envoyé des factures et ont affirmé à tort que « la facture prouve le paiement », ce qui est faux en France. Le processus est extrêmement opaque et témoigne d’un manque de respect envers les locataires. Je mets fortement en garde toute personne envisageant d’emménager chez UXCO de faire très attention à leurs frais et à leur gestion.

我在 UXCO Boulogne 的住宿體驗非常失望。退租後,管理方完全沒有主動與我聯絡,卻突然直接寄掛號信要求我支付一筆極高的費用,主要來源就是他們收取誇張的清潔和維修費。UXCO 會想盡辦法認定你沒有把房間還原到「全新」狀態,然後以此為由收取高額費用。這期間打電話都沒人接,完全沒有溝通,只是一味地催款。當我要求他們給我確實已付款的證明,他們只發來發票,還錯誤宣稱「發票就是付款證明」,完全不符合法國慣例。流程極不透明,對租客極度不尊重。提醒所有考慮入住 UXCO 的人,務必小心他們的收費和管理手段。
