Do not buy!!! I placed an order which clearly states free delivery. When going to payment it offered a free gift, I clicked to try and see more details about the free gift but it automatically added it to basket and then charged me £20.68 for this free gift! One click and it was done. When I saw my emails I see that the free delivery was not free at all and I've been charged delivery fees both for the actual order and that of the not free, free gift! Then on checking my tracking after nearly 3 weeks it now states it has been delivered but it has not been delivered not to me any way ??? I've tried to contact the company a few times with no success. Emails never seem to make it through. If they fail to respond I'll have no choice but to report it via my bank I don’t feel they will resolve the issue but I will update this review but currently it all feels very much like a scam.
