Bought from these in June, after 2 hours I realised id ordered 2 so cancelled the 2nd one straight away. My 1st order arrived and didnt bother checking my emails and then I recived an email from klarna asking for the second payment. I explained to Klarna that I cancelled the 2nd one and did not recieve the package. I sent evidence of cancellation and Klarna has said that they recieved proof off the company that they delivered said package. I did not receive it, so I will be cancelling Klarna and will never use or trust them again. They were no help at all. 😢

Scam - wonder what is actually in the liquid I've been Taking for six weeks , it taste bit like lactulose but could be anything 😡 no weight loss, just money 🙄 and no response from emails , wish I'd checked these reviews previously prior to wasting my money

Does anyone know the email to this scam of a product please. I want a full 100% refund as the glp 1 does not work..I haven’t lost any weight at all. I am asking for a full refund of 52.00, I have also informed Klarna.

If I could give a review lower than 1 I would.
Having paid for goods, and not receiving them, I have emailed about this issue 3 times.
I've received no confirmation of correspondence and no reply.
I've asked for a refund as I've no longer any confidence in the company....nothing!

This is a scam. Site doesn’t exist anymore. Took £27.50 off me. This was from a Facebook post that I found this site. It sounded really good & fell for it. I hope all the scammed money they have received gives them bad luck!

UPDATE! my items did arrive yesterday but still the site said it didn't exist anymore when I went on it and I've not had a single reply off any of my emails!

Never thought I'd fall for a scam but now I have!!! Emailed loads never had a reply, now the page says it doesn't exist! Took my money!!!

SCAM! I ordered the microneedle patches as it stated UK based. Nope, I think you'll find it has came from China. Didn't even open the package and emailed them asking for return details. Emails ignored , no response and klarna have reinstated the payment of £27 again . This company needs shut down , dodgy af!

Ordered an item nearly 20 days ago, received an email to confirm order and tracking details, then nothing, no updates, no delivery, the tracking says the number cant be found, iv sent numerous emails but never get a reply. Now, im giving up. I presume its just a scam.

Says free returns money back guarantee but I’ve emailed numerous times and no response. Therefore making it impossible to return. Says to email them to start a return but no response. I dread to think what’s in the actual product.
Going to make a claim through my bank now.

I have made an order for £27.50 however £37.00 came out of my account. I have no items I have emailed them and nothing PLEASE AVOID

Absolute pile of shite... send dodgy tracking saying delivered but no address or actual proof... take your money and u never get the goods or the money back... ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and I have not received the item any communication and the tracking number does not work. If anyone can aid me in who I report them to, or how I can get my money back, it would very much be appreciated.

I am very disappointed with the product I received. It was not what I expected, and the quality is far below what was advertised. I contacted the seller about the issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Poor customer service combined with a bad product makes this a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this purchase.

DO NOT USE. Says on site that product can be cancelled before it is sent. I sent a cancellation email 4 days before. Email ignored. Then another and another and another. All ignored. Then had an email saying product had been sent, emailed again saying I had cancelled the order. Taken money from my Klarna account. Looks like they make returning the item near impossible. Wish I had read reviews first 😡😡

Paid for express delivery, still waited 24 days! The product SMGT-GLP 1 Nano micro needle patch is about as effective as a chocolate fire guard! You have to return within 14 days…well at that point hope still springs eternal.

I purchased the GLP-1 Nano-needle patches from UUSKTOP.COM which promises weight loss from the first week. One week in, no weight loss, two weeks, nothing, 3 weeks..... you get the picture. I contacted this company several times for a refund (by email) using their support email address. To date I have not received a response. SCAMMERS. To not buy from this 'company', they are a total sham, selling fake products.

Don’t bother buying this product as it doesn’t work. Ive emailed them a few times over the last 7 days and still no response. Absolute waste of money

I have been charged delivery of 10.95 on order and still have not received order said it was a UK company but when I try to track my order it says china it's been 10 days now looks like it's only been received packed and still in Chinese depot definitely states free delivery and uk based

Do not buy from this company. Placed an order, said free postage but when I checked my email account was charged for postage. They then duplicated my order but this was charged to a different company name. Tried numerous times to contact them but got no reply. One company name finally responded by contacting them on PayPal but they never answered my questions. The items did arrive, but all together in one package, but I had been charged twice for postage!!! I have again tried to contact them for a return address as I want to return and a refund, but again, no response. I have raised a case through PayPal but not sure they’ll help. DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Scam, product received is FAKE. It is a product that goes into your skin so who knows what chemicals they put in it! Do not buy. Extortionate and fake.
