Tariff agreed. Not carried out as discussed

I was to get new tariff.
12 month fixed costing circa.Green. £151 per month.
No email confirmation received except one having no relationship to that discussed.
Losing faith in Octopus.
Cannot give a good review to whomever I spoke to.
If I do not get the tariff agreed then shall look to another provider.
