Moving out made easy
We had a storage unit here for many years, but it was when we moved out that the customer service truly stood out. The cancellation process was simple and the communication from the team was excellent throughout.

I highly recommend this storage facility! I needed a place to store my personal belongings, and it was my first time using a storage unit. Basak was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. Huge thanks to her and the North Park team for making the experience amazing.

I have had a storage unit with U store it for 8 years.
I have had a storage unit with U store it North rd Finglas for 8 years , with good service , but now I would say that the service is excellent now, with the current staff that are running this unit. Basak Uzonok looks after all my needs from deliveries to collections, etc and her service and attention to detail is unbelievable. Nothing is ever too much for her to help with and go the extra mile and come up with a solution . Both herself and Jennifer are managing this storage unit so well, that all the customers near my unit are so happy with the great service. Tk you so much to you both, and if you need a storage solution. call Basak on 01.8569166 and she will help sort what you need efficiently.

We took a Unit with UStore It in November of 2025 and we were met with the utmost courtesy by all the staff right from the very beginning. They explained the procedure for entering and leaving the storage unit and walked us through everything. Since then we needed to change to a smaller unit and again we found the staff very helpful and courteous. The building and unit are spotless clean and easy to access. The only negative was that the lift in North Park was out of commission for a period of time but this has since been repaired.
