I've never been more disgusted with a return policy that I contend was not my fault. I ordered a size M short, somewhere along the line my order became a size S so naturally when I received the S, i didn't open but merely returned the unopened package for an exchange. I had to pay $7.50 in return postage and then I was told I had to 'complete my order' for the replacement and pay yet ANOTHER $7.50 for a total additional cost of $15.00. So now I purchased a VERY EXPENSIVE pair of shorts. I will never buy again.

I thought L is the perfect size but when its arrived its looking like M , too small for me not fitting at all. Apart from that quality and deliver service are good.

Delivery service was great. Quality Great. Order delivered on time. Customer service Awesome. Thank you US Polo. Will be ordering again soon.

Very good products, materials designs, also good price, but we need more designs and to refilled the finished items.

Website was glitchy so took me awhile to place an order

The postal process is the worst, I left out one digit and parcel could not be delivered even when I tried to add it and communicate with calls and emails

Unfortunately, the delivery service was unsatisfactory; the appointment was scheduled for ten days later. Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered from the store.

the quality of the watch could be better. it seems that it's made of very cheap material

0 help when reaching out about shipment. When purchases it states UPS and delivery within 6 days. AFTER purchase it says 6-10 days. Reached out and no responses and I can't change shipment via UPS due to sender restrictions.
