I must say that I am very satisfied with the services provided by usglobaltax. I am not treated as a number but as a person. It has been wonderful! Dynamic, caring and always keeping in touch with me. My questions issues are resolved as soon as I make them know to them. Indeed dark-tail dot tech has provided service with a delightful difference and their skills was useful in getting my funds back a big thanks to them.

I paid about $3K NZD to have HR Block expat taxes do my taxes this year. US Global taxes charged me much more money and kept bolting on additions. So the cost up front was not the final cost. USG and also had a another firm get involved which was very expensive. Also one of the principals took a dislike to me and screwed me on purpose. They act like they know what they are doing and tried hard to scare me all the time. They attempt to bully you with emails. They also told me in an email that I was basically their most troublesome client. Basically USG made it personal. My suggestion is look elsewhere. This firm did not serve me well as compared to this year.

US Global has been a great pleasure for us to work with on our tax returns over several years. They do a superlative job in dealing with complex cross-border tax situations in which the Tax Treaties themselves do not provide clear guidance and less visible double taxation problems present pitfalls for the unwary and inexperienced. This year they are better than ever. Their newest team is simply outstanding under experienced overall management leadership and the high level services of their taxation manager. We are particularly thrilled with their advice and services concerning retirement accounts. Their manager and team have dealt with our questions and comments with great skill, efficiency and speed at every step in the process.

I felt that Us Global Tax Ltd were attentive to detail, thorough enough considering the demands of the IRS. The staff were always very pleasant, compassionate and understanding. For suggestions for improvement I would say more streamlining of required documents as I found myself putting away documents then getting them out again latter and sometimes struggling to locate the appropriate ones in a timely fashion. The checking could have been more foccussed at the end as I discovered some errors that I had not expected just before posting the documents and this caused further delays to the process that i feel could have been avoided.
Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.
