Was worried ordering online because bedding stuff can feel cheap sometimes, but this actually feels really cozy and thick. Shipping took a little longer than expected but support answered me nicely every time I asked something.

The fit is actually solid on thicker mattresses. I struggled with my old one constantly lifting at the corners but this stays put even when I toss around alot.

Thought this was gonna be another overhyped online buy but nah, it’s actually solid. The padding feels even and doesn’t get lumpy after sleeping on it.

The softness is hard to explain without sounding dramatic. It just makes relaxing easier somehow, especially after stressful days at work.

Been recommending it to literally everybody in my family already. I didn’t expect to care this much about bedding but here we are lol.

This is the worst company I have worked with in years. When I tried to change the size of my order moments after the purchase, I was told that I couldn't. When I followed instructions for a return (which cost me over 100 dollars in postage), I contacted the company for months with no refund. Each time I was asked for the tracking number, but no matter how often I provided them with that information I was met with silence. So now I've paid $100 more than the cost of a mattress topper that I was ready to cancel a moment after I had bought it. No refund at all. Never buy from West Month!!!

The material feels really nice against the skin. Not scratchy or stiff at all, just soft in a way that feels calming after a long day.

I work long shifts and usually crash hard when I get home. Since adding this, my sleep feels deeper somehow. Could be placebo maybe, but I’ll take it.

This product, the West Month Mattress Topper, that the advertisements make sound like it is the best on the market, is a totally defective product. Their return policy is actually the worst I have ever see. You can't return it unless you haven't opened it and haven't used it. If you haven't used it, you can't possibly know that it is defective. There are squares that have absolutely no filling in them, so they're flat. It comes totally vacuum packed, so there is no way to get it back into the package to return it. They have to approve the return and I have been charged $140 for a twin and $244.98 for a queen size, so I feel I have been totally defrauded. I intend to report this company to the AG of Kentucky and also the US AG to have this company charged with fraud. BUYER BEWARE! Not only does it have flat spots, but it makes my bed hotter than I can hardly stand. So my only way to fight back is to dispute the charges to my credit card and claim fraud, as they don't care if their product is defective, they are falsely advertising the quality of the product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I’ve bought cheaper toppers before and they flattened out within days. This one still feels thick and supportive after a couple weeks. Feels way more durable compared to the budget ones. Definitely feels like better quality.

Lowkey feels like hotel bed comfort now. Not even joking.

This saved me from buying a whole new mattress. Bed feels way newer now without spending crazy money.

Been recommending it to my brother already because he complains about sleep constantly. Never expected I’d become the mattress topper guy but here we are lol.

This starts out because I made a mistake - I intended to order (from an ad on Facebook) a matress topper for a California King sized Mattress but ended up having ordered one for a twin size. I asked for a refund (opened the package, but realized I had no use for it. Their response was to ship it back to them in Australia (I am near Houston TX, USA) and the shipping cost was more than I paid for the mattress.

At that point, I asked them to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and never heard back from them (last correspondence with them was my request on June 16, 2026 which I have no reply from them.

I guess I learned that I should not order from them unless using Amazon (Don't know if they sell through Amazon) due to the more liberal return policy.

Received my mattress cover and was overwhelmed by how it laid on the bed. Did it go under the fitted sheet or take the place of the fitted sheet. So contacted the customer service by email and received information back almost immediately. Using this new kind of a cover definitely has a learning curve to it. Have slept on it for over a month and love the marshmallow feel to it. The difference for me was accepting the "puff" I was raised with hospital corners and a stretched fitted sheet that you could bounce a quarter off of. With this mattress cover that is not possible. The fluff factor changes the look of the bed. It also changes how you sleep which is a really good thing. I like my bed better now than I did before and a sleep better!
Customer service was great, gave me options on how to use the cover. I chose to place it under the fitted sheet so as not to have to wash it once a week!
I distrust customer reviews because you can never be sure they are legitimate, but I am a real customer and no one paid me to write this!

I’ve had lower back tightness for months and sleeping felt annoying lately. After using this for around a week the bed just feels easier on my body. Not saying it magically fixed everything but mornings definitely feel less rough now.

Not gonna lie, I ordered this mostly because my mattress was getting uncomfortable and I didn’t wanna spend money replacing it yet. This helped way more than expected. The top feels soft but not sinky and my shoulders feel less stiff now when I wake up.

i move alot when sleeping and somehow this still doesnt slide around. pretty impressed by that.
