I think when you spend such a high…
I think when you spend such a high anount in hornbach and they don’t have a trailer to support the weight, you shouldn’t then be penalized for been one hour later after 4 trips by the amount of one day rental.

Have much better information on:
a) where exactly the trailer is partked
b) much clearer information on how to open the lock
c) much clearer information on how to hand the trailer back

The extra fee in you reservation is a late fee, that you got because the trailer was returned too late.
Top notch online+digital service.
Smooth and very nice staff when I by misstake did not finish checkout properly. Many thanks for a fantastic service that I will use again.

Super convenient
Super convenient booking, collection and return process. Was free apart from insurance at 69Kr. Used the trailer for 2 hours, would definitely use again.

bad customer service
bad service. I rented trailers few times from Bauhaus using Use4Free, the wires are broken and sometimes it's dirty from inside. I write back and nothing happens, it's the same broken wires next time as well
