Scam
Scam, unable to unlock and still charged me for insurance. Wanted to charge another insurance fee when I wanted to try the next trailer even though the insurance was for a day and I've struggled with the first one for only 15min.

Sad experience of using Freetrailer
Hi. I've booked trailer for Saturday day before from 8:30 AM for 24 hours. The real time of usage what has been planned was 6-8 hours.But due to the unexpected things I've decided to book it for 24 hours. So Saturdays morning I'm taking breakfast and waiting for my friend who coming from other side of Stockholm to help me to hang the trailer and carry on the bed I've bought. So my expectations was that the trailer is booked for 24 hours and I'm sitting and waiting for my friend. After he came we went to pick up the trailer. When we came to an appointed place I opened an app and looking for my bookings. BUT, NO BOOKINGS FOUND. So I'm calling to support and some women on support telling me that the rules is so that trailer should be picked up during one hour after start of the booking. But sorry - if I already booked the trailer, paying for that, why should I pick up trailer during one hour? And why if I have an app I didn't receive some annotation about that important part of the rules? Is if difficult to send an attention notice to customer about that??? An why did I payed twice???
Sorry, I'm using your trailer quite often but if you will not return me money which were debited from my account (413 sek) - it will be the last time I been using your trailers. Because, sorry, but it looks like fraud 🤥

Terrible first experience
I had prebooked a closed trailor and when I went to pick up the trailor it was not available. Finally I had to call the customer care and change to an open trailor as I had no choice, I was stuck as I had a delivery pick -up scheduled for my stuff

Delayed return of the last user
Hi,
I'm disappointed with the recent booking with Use4Free.
On 2024-07-15 08:00 I booked a trailer for 10:00-13:00 on that day:
Bokningsbekräftelse 14078049 (BAUHAUS Upplands Väsby),
However, after 10:00 I couldn't find the trailer at BAUHAUS.
Then I called your customer service. I was told the last user didn't return the trailer and actually that guys should return in the previous day.
Your customer service helped cancel my booking.
However, if the trailer is not returned in the previous day, why can I still book it at 08:00? Due to your mistake, my whole morning's plan is disturbed. Of course you should chase the last user for delay of the return, but I should also get some compensation due to your poor management.
