The app that guides pickup and delivery was a little confusing when it came to opening a lock, that wasn't on the trailer. Otherwise, renting was easy and also extending the delivery time.

I downloaded the App use4free because I needed a trailer to transport a sofa from Jysk shop. Everything worked to my satisfaction.

Could not unlock as the computer system was down. Had to wait an hour
The app froze so I could not unlock the trailer. Upon calling support they mentioned that the whole system was down and they had now way of knowing when it was back to normal operation. Had to wait one hour to get my pre ordered trailer. If the computer system would be more robust the solution would be good.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. To use the trailer 3 hours for free you need to book it for 3 hours. If you book for 1 hour and return it after 3 hours there will be a late fee. We will take your feedback with us.

Even I have my own trailer, its very ptractical when I am fare away from my home. Spesialist at the summer house I do not need to take my own trailer with me.
