The app that guides pickup and delivery was a little confusing when it came to opening a lock, that wasn't on the trailer. Otherwise, renting was easy and also extending the delivery time.

You definitiv have to make it more easy. I use a lot of apps in different cases but I must say that this One have a potensiale to be better!!

Easy app, but do not forget to manually end the order. You dont get any warning until after the free order period is over, so you will receive a fee if you forget or dont return it properly. It should have been a warning 30 or 15 minutes before the free order period ends.

Overall a nice service
Great way to get easy transportation of larger items. Easy to pre-order to a decent cost. Some trouble to activate and unlock though.

App checkout problematic.
During checkout with the app, the requested photo session did not work. Thanks to a service-minded employee within the shop (no Use4free involved) I was lending the hanger at, we succeeded at last, without exactly knowing 'why'. If this had been outside normal service hours, I might have been stuck.
