The app that guides pickup and delivery was a little confusing when it came to opening a lock, that wasn't on the trailer. Otherwise, renting was easy and also extending the delivery time.

Problems opening the padlock. Tried many times - even with help of Bauhaus. I think it took 45-50 min to get the padlock open

All work as it should until return.. the app if you arent fast enough with picturing.. it reset it self and you need to do all over again.

Problem with trailer not in place at pickup time. Had to call customer service, who fixed it.

Easy and cheap trailer hire
First time I reserved the trailer, it was in use by someone else when I came to pick it up.... I cancelled and booked again an hour later. By that time it was back, and no problem.

App needs improvement
A great idea, but.......Had to try several times to start and end the booking from the App. Had to repeatedly upload pictures before it would acknowledge them. Improvements needed.

I had to pay , when it Said first 3 hours free , and i only used it for 30 min , 118 norwegian kroner . So where is my refund?

I looked at your booking and you have paid for insurance and booking fee. You get 3 hours free rent when you book at the location and the same time. We take a reservation fee if you book for a later time and not on the spot.
