I sacmpaid for express shipping and…

I paid for express shipping and insurance, but the package never arrived. The management (Moti) promised priority handling but completely disappeared. Even the Better Business Bureau (BBB) closed my case as "unresolved" because the company ignored their inquiries. Stay away! Total lack of accountability and customer service.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS YET THEY ACCEPT ANY PACKAGE TO THE WAREHOUSE.

My package was delivered on 14th July 2025. i used package locator which proves that all the 3 packages costing over $6000 are all received but they never updated my account. looks like now they are scammers. PLEASE NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM. They wont return your calls or emails yet they keep receiving any package. All my 3 packages were signed and received by MMARTHA which i believe is a woman. I have actually lost my Job because of the packages. THEY ARE SCAMMERS NOW GUYS

I have an order shipped to them and…

I have an order shipped to them and received confirmation email on 20th June that i can process to payment. However, it keeps saying unable to ship to current destination, it says the same crap for all countries listed. Their customer service does NOT provide option to make a complaint. Wtf is this??? Can anyone contact the local authorities??

Sent a package there without knowing they were no more active.

I had sent a package either not expansive boots in March 5th 2025 and it was registered on March 17th. They were not reachable by call and had lost money for calling.

I had to send many times an email to remember them my package because they had replies from long delays. Their website is so slow and not updated. After all my steps I had chosen to give up.

But four months later I had tried again to send them an email just to see if they could answer. I had been a bit lucky because they finally replied! It was on June 13th 2025. They had offered me to ship it back to a new address in US for 28$. I had given them the location of COLIEXPAT warehouse.

Here is their reply:

Dear Mr. Ruel,

I sincerely apologize for the lack of transparency on our part, and I completely understand your concerns. Please allow me to reassure you that there is absolutely no intention of misleading or scamming you. My goal is simply to finalize your request and ensure you receive what rightfully belongs to you.

We use QuickBooks, a widely recognized and trusted platform in the U.S., strictly for business and client transactions—nothing more. Once your payment is processed, I will promptly provide you with a copy of the shipping label along with the tracking number, so you can monitor your package directly.

From there I had managed to deal with them in order to ship back my package. It was no easy to find a way to pay them for shipping back. I had to use a paper check as worldwide transfer fund. I was using a new international shipping service either a new company such as COLIEXPAT. Because I had made few purchases without any troubles.

I had been enough lucky to get back my package but I do not recommend sending them a package. They are not operating like years ago. Use another company and proceed with cautions and a lot of patience if your package is stucked there. They had only given me apologizes instead of explaining me what happened during that very long time period.

usaddress.com is now a scam

usaddress.com is now a scam. I ordered goods and they were successfully delivered I wonder how Amazon managed to deliver as they are now scammers. They received good in 19th March but they never sent my parcels. Their system keeps saying they have a problem with their shipping company which is DHL

Goods received but not shipped!

The goods were delivered last month (April 2025) and till Date their website is showing no parcel received. Emails to their support dept are not acknowledged. They should be shut down.

Wish I had read TrustPilot reviews before shipping items to www usaddress com.

Company received items and consolidated packages into one parcel

It's been since Dec24 with issue of inability to select destination country

Items are now incurring storage fees

Non responses to emails sent to : service at usaddress.com

Telephone number is IVR and refers to email

Facebook messenger used with no response.

Advise potential customers to approach usadddress.com with caution.

Update :

Based on the fact that the site does not warn customers that items shipped to USaddress.com, to me, implies that they are collecting customers items to either sell on auction at a future date... It's suspicious, however, the company may be undergoing litigation.

Sad that the website has not been shutdown.

Have received an automated email advising that 60 days has lapsed and my items which I could not pay shipping for due to thier system issues... Will be disposed off..

I can safely state that I have lost my items held at the usadddress. Com warehouse as the ticket has been closed.

Even though I had written numerous emails with no response.

Future customers of usadddress. Com, it's best you check carefully before sending your goods to their warehouse.

They are not shipping my package since November 2024

They are not shipping my package since October 2024; they claim that there having DHL issues and they will sort it out shortly, but it's been months and noone responds to my emails, noone picks up the phone. I really need those packages, these people who work here, (that is if anyone still works there) are just downright evil. Okay, what are they doing with my packages if they are not forwarding them to me? I suspect they hae stolen my goods & re-sold them, otherwise why not respond to calls & emails & ship my order?

usaddress.com is currently unavailable online. Calling them results in IVR that takes you no where across all options until THEY cut the call without anybody talking to you.

I have three packages with them. What options are available for retrieving my items?

SCAM

I have used this service many times before without any issues so I ordered my package and had it delivered to them only to find out that no shipping options where available. No matter what country you choose, it says "This shipping destination is currently not available. Please try again in a few minutes" It has been more than a week now. Customer support says to create a label myself and send it to them. After reading some reviews, it seems this has been going on for quite some time. They should have informed their customers and closed the service if they cannot offer it.

They are thieves!!! They stole everything I’ve ordered!!!
Here is the massage Nancy from Customer service, a month (!!!) ago: (the packages are in their warehouse from may!!!:

Dear Ronit,
I can verify your 3 packages are still at the airport and going through clearance.

We are checking a few times a day when they will finally be released and delivered to our office.

As soon as they are, we will make delivery arrangements.

I really hope they will finally be in our office by next week.

This company is a scam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally to change my address which I thought was usp web site !!! Omg they charge me 179 for whattttt I didn’t even ask to be charged nor did it say I was going to be charged 179 I’m trying to get my money back and can’t !!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY

I used USaddress multiple times before…

I used USaddress multiple times before and didn't encounter any issues. But recently they are having issues with international shipping via DHL. They told me to go to the DHL/UPS site to pay for the shipping label and send it to them so they can send me the package. My package weight is 10kg, so shipping it via DHL/UPS without the discounted price is 800 to 1000$, which is crazy. On their platform, they usually offer discounted pricing that is much more affordable and that is not available right now (Last year I shipped a package with the same weight and paid 180$ for shipping). If you are having issues with shipping you should close your site and not fool people. I will now have to ship my package from USaddress to Shipito and from Shipito send it internationally for a more affordable rate. What a headache!!

Basically a scam operation.

Like the other reviews from 2024 said, as of this year this company has transitioned into a scam operation, my package arrived in may, i paid for shipping and it just sat there for over 2 months while Nancy from support assures me its just a temporary issue with DHL, after 2 months they refund my payment out of the blue and tell me i need to pay for a shipping label on UPS or DHL site and send it to them so they can ship the package out otherwise its just gonna stay there forever, after jumping through these hoops and sending them a prepaid label that will ship the package to a different forwarding company in the US they are now asking for more money to cover "processing fees", im down $25 and 2 months wait just for interacting with this scam operation, avoid at all costs.
