Doesn’t ring doorbell
I have voiced my request for them to please ring the doorbell and each time they come they do not. When reaching out to them, they said they’re not allowed to ring the doorbell. WTH

The experience is good. For my way of life I can find the products in a regular supermarket (other brands yes) for cheaper. So I’m probably not going to continue with the service. Because I still have to pay for delivery and the tips for the delivery person. But the products are great

Unclear Charges and Poor Customer Service
I was charged twice for my first order after making an amendment. When I requested a refund, the company refused and instead applied account credit, forcing me to place another order to recover my money. I then used that credit for a second order but was charged more than expected, despite being told multiple times that my available credit balance would be of a certain amount.
Customer service did a bad job explaining the charges and did not resolve the issue satisfactorily. The delivery fee for small orders is also excessively high—nearly $10—so ordering only 1-2 products is not worthwhile. You must either buy a lot or pay their subscription.
Although the products are high quality and the delivery is convenient, they are very pricey and I would rather shop at my local farmers’ market, where I can find similar products at lower prices without dealing with unclear charges and bad customer service.

The eggs were smashed in the cooler and the driver did not close the cooler and they sat outside most of the day that way

A good cause that is expensive.
My family LOVES the chocolate milk. I wish that there were more products. Also I will be canceling my membership after the 1st month due to the overall costs. I make good money but I cannot rationalize the cost when I can just go to a local farmers market.
