I am actually very disappointed
I am actually very disappointed, to be honest. When I inquired, I was told the eggs were pasture-raised by your sales agent, and that factor alone was why I decided to sign up for this delivery service. But after doing more research on the website, I found that the eggs provided are not pasture-raised but free-range. I don't mind free-range eggs, but knowing I was lied to during onboarding as a customer is hugely disappointing. I will mostly cancel my subscription when I unpause it.

Good products but...
I really like the products and that the milk and juice come in glass bottles. I feel like it is better for the environment. I was disappointed that one week I ordered a vegetable box and it never arrived. I requested a refund and never received the refund. The service is expensive and does not reduce my need to go to the grocery store.

Delivery issues
Despite the request to ring the bell, the delivery placed the milk outside and this resulted in a product that was spoiled in the sun.

I really like the products I've tried so far; milk, of course, yogurt, iced tea, cheese. Everything is really good and fresh. Delivery has been very smooth, arriving pretty close to the estimated time. I definitely will continue the service.
