Horrible company
Horrible company. I purchase something for my daughter, with her own money that she earned, on January 15th. On February 12th I finally received response to my emails regarding shipping. They said I would receive tracking in 3-5 business days. I received nothing. I have emailed 4 times since last week with no response. At this point Im just trying to get her money back. They stole from a child.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Ordered trousers which did not fit. Website gave an address to send them to (posted 25/9/19) Refund not received so after chasing several times, was told the address I sent them too was invalid, even though it was on the website. DID NOT MAKE MY OWN ADDRESS UP TO SEND BACK!!! No further forward with them, now just ignoring emails, $46 dollars wasted.

Never buy from Urbain Homme
Never buy from Urbain Homme. The delivery took almost 3 weeks, and when it arrived it was a shirt for a woman (buttons on the other side) so it was a mistake by Urbain. And they expect I cover the costs for shipping it back.
This is really crazy!!
So: never buy from Urbain Homme. Complete disappointment.
