Disgraceful service - No refund for cancelled flight Booking ID 745875141

I am extremely disappointed with Kiwi.com and UR Airlines. My flights (Booking ID: 745875141) were cancelled by the airline, and I have been waiting for my refund since April 7th. Kiwi.com keeps making excuses, saying they are waiting for the airline. It has been nearly a month! I have already started a chargeback process with my bank and filed a complaint with the German Consumer Protection (Verbraucherzentrale). Do not book with them if you value your money!
