Issue Resolved - 4 Stars
I initially had a frustrating experience with a gift card I bought for Bolt Food in Romania, as the code was not working. After providing support with all the necessary details, including screenshots and a video of the activation error, I was initially disappointed with the lack of response.
However, after escalating the issue, I finally received a refund, which I appreciate. While the process took longer than expected and there were some misunderstandings, I’m pleased that the matter was resolved in the end.
I hope they improve their customer support for future issues. Overall, I can now say my experience has been satisfactory, and I would reconsider using their services again.
