I bought a promo code for the game mobile legends bang bang I got the promo code but the game says that the promo code does not work I wrote to tech support and provided video fixation of the promo code working on the video it was clearly visible that the promo code is not correct they said that the promo code is working that for them to return the money I must give them a response from tech support game support that the promo code is not working I got a response from game support they said that they have nothing to do appeal to them I threw them everything they said that still need proof I also threw the video as in the game I enter the promo code and the game says that there is no promo code they do not believe me and do not want to return the money shame on them as they still 4.7.
