Did a view call with Rashann Loftis. He is so amazing to walk me through all the changes on my report. To talk about action plans and things NOT to do. I am very grateful for this company and the employees as they are always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Signed up Jan 24, 2025 was told the first payment they'd get started. When it came to give them a call, we called daily and after 15+ attempts finally got someone to do the refresh on Feb 28th. At the end of March '25 we both tried a few times then decided to refresh on our own without them. We made the choice April 14th to cancel the membership. We both called daily, when we did get someone we'd tell them the reason for the call then put on hold (25+ mins) till we got tired. Finally talked to someone today to cancel. Was told I'd have to pay $114 to close the account because it was after April 24th. No one reached out to me to touch base about anything until the April 24th payment wouldn't pass.

First of all, Jason Fisher was so awesome! He went above and beyond...explained in detail to the questions I asked! UQUAL has been helping me get my credit scores up and they have come up quite a bit...I am on my way to buying a home soon and it is all thanks to UQUAL! If anyone wants their scores to go up, I definitely would recommend UQUAL!

I spoke to Mark and worked with him. He is very professional, personable and accomodating.

Probably should have checked into them before I subscribed. I didn't get much benefit after paying a lot per month. No changes to my credit, barely any updates. Check their BBB reviews and thats all that needs to be said. They also made it very difficult to cancel and tried to charge my card even after canceling.

The tools and resources provided by UQUAL are second to none. I now have a clear view of my finances and feel more confident about securing a loan.

I've never worked with a coach but UQUAL makes me feel relax and not overwhelmed with what I have to do. They actually work with you and for you. Every coach that I have spoken with has welcomed me with open arms and have carefully gone over my plan. They are a great bunch! I would like to say Christopher Ruby went above and beyond in depth regarding my next steps. He truly made me feel important. Thank you Christopher Ruby and thank you to all the UQUAL coaches.
