Not quite right
Pro:
The bike I purchased was presented online as an Orbea Gain M30i e-road bike. The way the bike was packaged for shipment really impressed me. The condition of the bike is excellent. I only had to replace the coin-type battery in the Mahle display. It looks like a new bike. Assembly was easy.
Con:
The model pictured (the bike I received) was a not the Gain M30i, but instead the Gain M30 1X. Although the frames are the same, it has a manual Shimano GRX shifter and derailleur, not Di2. It's a hybrid road/gravel bike. The description in the listing and the photos were of two different bikes. Aside from the frame, the drive train, brakes, saddle, shifters, and tires are all different. Had I known this before ordering I might have chosen a different bike.
I will keep the bike, since I’ve already set it up. I've replaced the tires with road bike tires at my expense. I wrote to Upway to tell them, but they have not replied.

I purchased an Orbea Kemen 30 from UpWay. When I opened it I quickly realized the bike was the lower tier Kemen 40. I immediately called UpWay and the help person denied any difference even though I pointed out the lower spec components, he simply ignored me and stated the components were the same, they're not. Different shocks, different shifter, different derailleur. On top of that the rear tail light does not work, so right away I have to figure out how to get that fixed. Feeling dissapointed.

The actual shipping and packing was phenomenal but I was paid 20 EUR less than the amount quoted. When I logged in, everything says the bike was accepted and checked out according to the description. It was already a low quote so the additional deduction without explanation is concerning.
Kettler FS600
I bought a cargobike in Juli last year from Upway. I had some problems with the bike after using it for around 8 months. I contacted the support team and got in touch with Dieuwke. She was very professional and tried to resolve the problem with me. After two weeks te problem was still not fixed and that's when Dieuwke told me that they would take back the bike and give me a refund. I got a full refund from the bike. Because of there professionalism I decided to buy a new bike from Upway. I'm very happy with their customer support. Dieuwke tried everything to help us as fast as she could.
I would recommend this shop, they are very friendly and professional.
2022 Gazelle Ultimate Purchase
I purchased a 2022 Gazelle Ultimate C380+ from Upway and I am very happy with the service and product I received. The bike had which had been very carefully packaged arrived in perfect condition and ahead of the scheduled delivery date. It was a bit more difficult to assemble that expected. Never having put on brake pedals before, I was unaware that one side tightened by turning counterclockwise the opposite of life's experience in tightening things. You might put that in the instructions. Other than that it is as advertised.

We had to return / exchange our bikes…the exchange was SLOW!
We had to return / exchange our bikes as we changed our mind on the 1st shipment. The return/exchange process was a bit slow…longer than the time they stated. Then I let them know we had a sense of urgency to receive the new bikes. I was assured the bikes would be shipped in 2 days for sure. This was not the case. Customer service stopped communicating a bit during this time. They got our return on 4/28 but didn’t send out our exchanged bikes until 5/13/26. We left town on 5/14 ( which I communicated the timeline to them). We haven’t even been able to open the box to try our bikes. We left town for a month. Not so happy about that service or the follow up! I hope my bikes work and they were shipped and delivered in good condition as I didn’t have a chance to review the bikes.

The delivery of the bike rook more than 1 month while it was supposed to be 10 days. Bike arrived dirty with lose parts...no signs of the maintenance they were supposed to do....
