Dmitry is our go-to-man for windows
Dmitry is our go-to-man for windows! Purchasing windows is a big capital outlay and Dmitry has provided us with top quality uPVC windows on two separate occasions. He is very knowledgeable and generously shares what he knows. We live in rural Vic and he has gone the distance to personally deliver our goods. We will be purchasing; foam, fixings and sealants from uPVC.com.au for the rest of our owner-build.

Always arriving late
Always arriving late, and sometimes not showing up at all. There were days I'd take work off and be waiting and Dmitri never even came. He would often not respond to my messages or calls, and took 3 months to do a job that he told me would take 1 month. This was all after I had paid for the major costs upfront, so could not switch to a different window installation company. Would not recommend. The product is great, but the time and stress it all took wasn't worth it. Look for someone more reliable

Punctuality is not my game | Quality is!
Windows were in within 3 weeks of the factory releasing them!
Kitchen window was missed by client & myself.
We are not in Europe to have a window made on a days notice I am afraid ( As well as being an interstate factory.
I do supply only to many states with personal delivery & there are alternatives out there for installation if a fast turn-around is required.
It is not my nature to do a rough job, hence the slow proper installation processes/steps are followed to European code.
This should be a 2 or 3* review.
But people either love or hate, what can you do?
I hope all the other lovely reviews make you trust me.
You get quality, respect, politeness, great product pricing & endless support requests over punctuality.

Stock I couldn't find elsewhere at a great price
Dimitri was able to source slim line handles for my uPVC windows that I couldn't get here in Canberra. Not only that, he delivered them himself. I also ordered some insulating foam, gun and SIPs boards. uPVC.com.au was significantly cheaper then other suppliers I found. I'll definitely keep using uPVC.com.au.

We have not received our order
We have not received our order. I ordered on 4 January, it is now 23 January and nothing has arrived. Each time I queried the order I was told something had happened and they had item and would send to us. This did not happen. I received a message saying it had been posted on 18 Jan but still nothing.
I was charged $12 for postage but was notified it was sent as a regular Australia Post letter which is roughly $2.00.
I get things from China faster than this. Items from Sydney usually take no more than 3-4 days. This has been 19 days and still nothing has arrived which is holding up parts of our renovation.

China stock is held in Chullora, NSW warehouses with 50+ employees.
If you think that is the same as us, that is your view.
