I SPENT $200 WORTH OF SHOES ON HERE THAT NEVER CAME IM PISSED!!!! Don’t shop here!!!!!

How do you get ahold of customer service? I never received any items I paid for.

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a pair of boots. Order No. HMI79452 They are a cheap knock-off of what I was looking for (they used the original website advertisement). The website says they will give a 100% refund if dissatisfied and you contact them within 2 weeks with no questions asked (which is why I took the risk on mail order boots). LIES!!! I contacted them the day after I got them. It has been over a month now. They respond in almost a week after you email them ... no number to call). I have answered all the questions they asked, sent all the pictures they requested, and I am stuck in let’s make a deal ... 30% refund ... then 50% refund ... just now 80% refund and I keep the product. UGH I don’t want the product (boots). Besides the fact they are poor quality and obviously a cheap knock-off, they are too small (even though I ordered a half size bigger to accommodate for boot socks). I literally CANNOT wear them. I don’t want to wear them. I just want a return label and a full 100% refund.
My advice ... don’t order from them.

One star is too good. In simple, it’s a bait and switch situation. They send you something, eventually, that isn’t close to what they advertised. In my case they sent something that looked like a pajama top when I ordered a long hooded coat. Don’t get fooled. Their response is to offer you a 30% discount. I refused the discount on principal. Complete scam.

COULD IT BE: Respondents referenced a company called “upstyle”.......mistakenly for “upustyle”/upustyle.com❓However....I was similarly disappointed in upUstyle.com!!! BEWARE!

One star is too good for this company. Sizes are misrepresented. No communication. Took forever to get. Cheap, cheap cheap clothing. When I wanted my money back, they told me too late and if I did not like the items give them as gifts. I would not give anyone crap (cleanest word I could use}. Absolutely disgusting!

I received 5 items all of them ready to fall apart and not even close to size ordered. When I attempted to return them they said they could give me 20% of my money back or according to them "We're sorry. This situation is rare. If you want to return your goods, you need to pay the freight to China if you follow our return policy. Return shipping costs may be expensive" I paid through paypal and they were unable to do anything except reiterate that I can return the items as stated in Upustyle's response to me.

We have ordered 4 items about 8 weeks ago.
We did not received the items for 7 weeks and received a weeks ago only half of the order.
Be careful not to order online with this company.
All requests for refunds have been ignored

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A SCAM!! I ordered a short pink dress on Sept. 2 and after a month passed and I did not receive the dress, I contacted them by email. They gave me some story about my order was shipped but could not give me a working tracking number. I immediately contacted PAYPAL and alerted them of this scam. I just received AN order from this company after waiting 6 weeks but it is not what I ordered....they just decided to send me whatever they chose! The item is a sweater dress in a different color and the sleeves are different sizes! I am going to burn the dress and send the charred remains back to them! I don’t care how much it costs in postage! I am sick and tired of these companies taking advantage of us consumers. I will request that PAYPAL refund my money. Stay away from this company! I have learned my lesson!!

no customer service number no correct tracking number who is defex?
finally, text messaged on line simply gave text chat person request with the incorrect tracking number, my response from chat person "was wrong tracking number , try and scam some else"! I took a screenshot and will report this to FTC I'm 66 years of age retired customer rep of 35 years.Never should a customer get that type of response! After almost 30 days did get the blouse and the clothing is not good quality and I was charged $10.00 for the 30-day delivery.
a company like this is one of the reasons the world is in a mess! If you are wanting good customer service and good quality for the cost, shop elsewhere

This online clothing store is AWFUL.
I ordered some things in early March.
They arrived in late July.
I think an orangutan assembled and stitched them together.
The fabric is the finest in petroleum-based material.
Ideal if you’re in the market for combustion.
