I should not have to click on even 1 star to be able to write this review- this company is not worth even that! The merchandise sent to me was grossly mispresented in the advertisement. The material was like a Halloween Costume, the two shirts (for 106.00 dollars) had no structure or form, and they came with no care instructions. "Let the Buyer Beware"!! Please do not waste your money like I did!!!

I got mine and it didn’t even work! Customer service said they never had an order from me! 😡😡

It’s a scam. I bought a pair of shoes, they look nothing like the photo/description on the website. The shoes appear to be used - scuff marks on the shoe and dirty soles. Instead of white canvas, the shoes are an off white rubber type of material. The brand is completely different than advertised. I contacted them for a refund. They requested photos of the product I received and an explanation of why I’m returning them. YOU pay for the return to China. It’s a wild goose chase trying to return. At one point they responded with “you should just give it to someone else.” Long story short, you’re stuck with the product and you’ll never get a refund.

The advertisement for the shoes said they were memory foam, and United States sizes. They are not memory foam. They are hard plastic. They are not true to United States sizes I wore them twice and they totally stretched out. I’m trying to get my refund. Haven’t heard from the company.

The sizes are not US sizes. When I tried to return them they told me I had to pay for postage out of the country, but the label states it was shipped from somewhere in the US. I could not wear the shoes and lost money. I had to give them away to a person who wears a size US10.

I ORDERED A SHIRT AND A PAIR OF "LEATHER" BOOTS. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET, HOWEVER THE SHOES WERE PLASTIC. THE TEE SHIRT WAS FINE. I DONT KNOW IF I WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Bought faux golden goose tennis shoes. They look nothing like the picture. Customer service said sorry the product wasn’t as advertised??? They were $80. What a waste. I’ll never order from them again. Buyer beware!! I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I ordered 2 pair of the H flats and I couldn't be more happier! I'm confused as to the reviews I'm seeing. They are absolutely so close to the real thing, I'm going to order more!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I was so disappointed in the quality of the merchandise, and the sandals were falling apart within two weeks and I was only wearing them inside the house. They were described as orthopedic - false advertising. They are cheap and stinky plastic and way overpriced for what you get. Lesson learned - not buying anything more on-line from companies I don't know - better to buy local and know what you are getting.

Wish I Would have read reviews first.
No return policy for the US. Took weeks to receive. It will cost more to ship back to China. They only will refund 15 %
The shoes smelled disgusting I had to put them outside for days and will be tossing them in the garbage.

Don't ever buy their shoes, they are junk made of plastic. If I could could, I'd give this review a -10. Nothing orthopedic about these shoes.

The boots I purchased are the worst ever. Cost was 60$ they are not even worth 10$. Very cheaply made, look nothing like the picture, shipping took forever. So mad at myself for spending the money.

This company sucks I should have read the reviews on this before I wasted $60.... going to tell all my friends.... Don't order from this company...!!

This site IS A SCAM. Cheap plastic shoes, sizes not true to fit. Return/refund policy is so detailed, the point taken is that people might ‘give up’ trying to get the money refunded.
I will NEVER order from this company again and will not recommend this company to anybody.
I will take this a step further, I will alert the Better Business Bureau of the Company’s lack of credibility.

This is the worst company ever!!!!! I advise you to skip over them. I ordered a $70 pair of boots. The advertisement showed a boot that looked just like an Ariat boot. NOT!!!!! It was way too big. Which surprises me coming from an Oriental country. Anyway, now I can't find any way to return them for a refund. I've emailed them 3 times to no avail. Don't waste your time with these scammers.

This site is a scam. They do not have a return policy and the quality of their goods are poor. It also took a long time to receive the merchandise and the shoes did not fit I tried to return them but there is no way. They have a return policy on their web page it is a scam. Don't waste your money. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Horrible! I ordered boots that were advertised as Sorel-arrived and they are literally plastic-cheap quality and far from leather, both the sweatshirt and long sleeve tshirt are absolutely crappy quality. DO NOT ORDER From THIS COMPANY! I can’t get in touch with anyone for a return! 95.00 down the drain
