God they are the worst ever
God they are the worst ever. I had a delivery from Vstaprint sent to the taquilla in Carrefour, Gran Sur, in La linea de la concepcion. First they sent an email with no numeric code or qc code to open the door. Waste of a journey. I had to wait over the weekend to call them. I got a really stupid disinterested woman who sent me two emails, one was to a Mohammed, with the same apparent codes that bore no resemblance to what I needed to key in and impossible to use.My packet is still there. So Vistaprint have refunded my money. Why oh why does anyone use this stinking company? what is wrong with the Spanish working sector?

Every time I use UPS Spain, they are constantly delayed and never on time, as they are so fancy shown by their emails and website. Sitting home the entire day waiting and the same excuse as always “Missing house number”.

Useless! Ordered some spare parts from UK on the 10th September. Stuck in Barcelona pending customs issues, I've sent every invoice and document I have and still stuck. Two weeks later still waiting for a solution!

Very bad courier . I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone before somebody picked up . Asking the situation of the shipment I waited , I did not receive a clear answer . I sent all documents three days ago duly signed . I contacted them yesterday . No answer to my mail.Very bad experience.

Extremely disappointing delivery service
This is the second delivery this week that has not been delivered to out address. UPS claimed they tried to deliver which is not true. Instead they have dropped off the packaged at their most convenient depot for us then to have to arrange pick up. Poor service and communication. All other transport companies have no issues delivering. We will avoid using UPS in the future.

APPAULING SERVICE. My experience is that the company seems to say that they have delivered parcels when they have not. I have been at home all day and they apparently tried to deliver and couldn't. They conveniently end up at "collection points" because they, or their delivery drivers, probably cannot be bothered to deliver the items. Awful customer service. Avoid.

2 package lost by this company in 1 week! Packages valued over €1000 and this company do not care! It’s clear someone is stealing from inside the company in Marbella and yet no one is interesting in investigating this issue!

They sure as hell make sure you have a bad experience. I chose a package shop in a specific location and they delivered it to a different package shop which is 45 mins away by bus from the initial shop. There is really not explanation for this behavior. I wish companies wouldn’t choose them because they make the shopping experience a disaster. They also delivered the package (to the wrong package shop) 4 days late.

You delivered via ctt who are the worst company I have delt with . Dropped my parcel off at a petrol station twenty minutes away just sent a message saying it was delivered at gas station not which one . On tracking it didn't even say out for delivery I have better things to do than sort this crap out

No information updates, about package delivery, been waiting all day. It's rediculous it still says it's going to delivered today. The delivery was supposed to be 2 parcels and only one was delivered.

I do not reccomend ordering anything using this company. we sent a box from a country to another with contents worth of 200 € aprox. We received a different box with a few towels and a broken heater, all of the contents actually worth money dissapeard and UPS says how a couple of things got broken and they needed to be re-packaged. Interesting how perfectly sealed wine bottles, olive oil bottle and kitchen appliances got broken but the towels were imacualate without a sigle splash of wine or oil.
If you can avoid this company.

Drivers are all liars saying nobody in house when I have been in all day for 2 weeks due to illness!!! They decided to leave the package, without my permission miles away from my house (half an hours drive away) where it was obviously great for the driver to leave there but NOT for me to pick up!!!! After 2 weeks, I am STILL waiting for something to be solved…. BEWARE!!! NEVER USE UPS!!!!!
Please Avoid These Scams
I have been using UPS in numerous countries including the USA, Netherlands, and Germany and have always had a pleasant experience, considering them the most reliable service. Recently, however, I made a few orders from Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands, all with delivery to Ibiza where I planned to spend two weeks. Unfortunately, all of them were delivered too late despite their timely arrival in Ibiza.
UPS provided several excuses such as weather conditions (which were fantastic the entire time), not finding the receiver at the address (even though I asked for shipping to a parcel locker), and many other nonsensical reasons just to make the situation more frustrating. Tomorrow, I plan to visit the local hub and cause a scene because they are ruining my holiday and costing me a significant amount of money.

They changed my delivery date four times. When I call them, they didn't just stop lying at me while I was seeing the details on the website. Other times they lied at me saying I wasn't at home which is not just my home, but also my workplace. I just go out for some errands I have to do in person.
I'm wirting this while I'm still waiting for my delivery. I don't know if I'll get it today either or I'll have to wait for next week.

The absolute worst courier in the whole world. Doesnt deliver parcels saving your werent home but the address is campsite open 24/7. Your parcel is at ups shop. Not acceseble for cars or bikes just by foot. Well i do have a bad hip and broken foot. So somebody else tried to pick up my parcel. Got 2 comformacions by email but no parcel in the shop.

They just loose your package, don’t even try to call you to find out where you are. Completely useless.
