Worst delivery service in Ireland. It may be ok in other countries but not here. I get notifications everyday that my package is in a depot, but not where. It is almost impossible to get through to a person that may help. After 2 weeks of not knowing where package is, I got through to a person and I was told to be patient, I would get a call on Monday ( today) to tell me where is it. I got no call. Their bot chat goes around in circles without offering any help. Telling me to use their online service to manage delivery, that do not work. Would avoid at all costs.

On the first delivery I was not home. There was no contact whatsoever on the phone/email that I put & no notice paper on the missed delivery to reschedule or accomodate delivery timing. It was just an email on "we will try to deliver on the next day".
I stay at home the next day to receive the package but I leave a notice letter sticked to the door with my number on it at eye level, as we dont have concierge service. Its a two floors building. I have direct eye contact to the road and I check if the guy approaches the door - as it seems it could be him. He does not. I see the van leave as I receive once again from the website the second "missed" delivery.
Unbelievable

I ordered a mobile device from Gomibo on Monday 15-06
Update 22-06-2026
Eventually get through to UPS Indian call centre on Friday. I went Hands free in the office, No one could understand a word they said.
I do hope they record their calls. An English or Irish person should reviews this, not another indian
A week on and no delivery.....
The device was shipped and delivered to Finglas UPS in ONE day by 7am Tuesday ( the following day.
UPS have "Reschedule Delivery Confirmed" stopping delivery all week.
It has still not arrived.
The chat bot is the usual delay system, but worse than most.
The people at the "support" line seem sympathetic, but I assume they are drowning in complaints.
The company built on performance and reliability is being run into the ground at the expense of staff and users.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I have to share my experience with UPS. I ordered a pair of AirPods Pro 2 through Refurbed, and the shipping process turned into an absolute nightmare. My package was delayed for over two weeks and repeatedly bounced between France and Ireland. It reached Ireland multiple times, including Finglas, and even departed the facility, yet somehow it was sent back to Corbeil Essonnes, France again. In total, the package made three separate trips back to France.
Throughout the process, delivery dates kept changing. I was promised delivery on multiple occasions, including 17 June by the end of the day, and even the automated phone system said it would arrive by 9 PM. None of these estimates were met. Tracking updates were confusing and inconsistent, and customer service provided little useful information beyond telling me that the package would arrive “soon.”
Refurbed was responsive and opened multiple investigation tickets with UPS, but despite this, the parcel continued to be misrouted. After losing confidence in the shipment and the repeated failures, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund rather than risk another attempt through UPS.
I understand that delays can happen, but having a package travel between France and Ireland multiple times, missing several promised delivery dates, and receiving no clear explanation is unacceptable. This has been by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had.

Delivery issue. Online chatbot tells me to call the US call centre. They ask me to call an Irish number. Operator completely uninterested to resolve the issue and just wants to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Gives me factually incorrect information - delivery is still in Canada - when the tracking on the ups site shows the parcel is clearly in Ireland. It seems bizarre that you have more visibility using the UPS app than their own call centre employees do. Will not use again.

202621054553 invoice number.
Got charged €36.23 extra charges.
Had to pay or parcel would not be delivered.
Ups took €18.65 handling fee
Government €13.29
Vat €4.29.
I don't know why in first place why I was charged as parcel was well under €150.
Also I paid 15 pound for delivery.
How do UPS justify another £18.65????
Please don't answer with an generic reply.
All information you need is in ref number.
No attempt was made to deliver the package, they unable to ring the doorbell or call. Have to pick up diverted packages at out of the way locations at my own expense. Would give 0 stars if I could. Try to avoid using their service where possible.

Was expecting my package to be delivered on Friday, 12/06/26. As I would not be at home, I left delivery instructions in a note pinned to my front door with UPS clearly written on it. Later on, I receive a message to say 'Deliver Attempted'. It was impossible to miss the note. Today, 15/06/26, I received another message, 'Second Delivery Attempted' despite the same note being pinned to my front door since the night before.. Again, impossible to miss. What is going on?

These are they greatest shower of absolute liers I ever encountered I had a part ordered from winparts and it was to be delivered in 24hours according to the website great I thought they sourced and gave it to these ups crooks who then proceeded to play around with my package for a whole 2 weeks every day an email your order is out for delivery then next day your order has been rescheduled this went on for 8 days in a row and eventually I lost a valuable customer because of their absolute shambles of a company then yesterday the part arrived and it’s no longer needed as the customer went elsewhere and as for customer care it’s a joke no answer on a phone that doesn’t exist according to my phone company all you get is one of those stupid not things that just keeps regurgitating the same crap over and over I am in the process of bringing this to the attention of consumer affairs as my solicitor has advised me and I’m also in the process of bringing a civil case against them my solicitor is building a portfolio on that side so if anyone wants to contact me to join and do the same feel free these crowd should not be allowed to operate like this ruining peoples livelihood I for one will not be letting this go they are an absolute disgrace

I've had a package sent from the US since the 26th of May. It's been one thing after the other, they couldnt find the package after a bank holiday weekend, they found it now but getting it delivered is a hassle. My driver literally said delivery attempted from Finglas and no funds so that's a lie, and now they are saying final delivery attempt or they'll send it back when it has never even left Finglas.
I've already paid the customs charges. After speaking to customer care, i just hope that i can pick it up cause im honestly tired of this rescheduling constantly

I purchased an item in Swindon, England. This item was shipped to UPS’s facility in Eindhoven, Netherlands (where it sat for two days), it was then put on a truck to drive all the way back to Ireland, where it sat in UPS’s Finglas Depot for another day. It was finally shipped to the Shannon, Co Clare depot (which is only 20kms from my house).
The tracking number showed the status that it was out for delivery today (some 24hours after it should have been delivered), when it hadn’t been delivered by approximately 4pm, which is usually long after the UPS deliveries are made in my area. I called UPS, when I finally got past their AI Bot to a real human, she was not able to give me any more information than that which was showing on the website. She was not able to contact the Shannon depot to see if the parcel was on the van or not.
I then drove to the Shannon, Co Clare facility only to be informed that by parcel was never out for delivery today (the website showing a complete fabrication of the truth) and that my parcel was already loaded on to a truck to go to Galway because the Shannon, Co Clare depot does not cover Co. Clare, for clarification – the depot that is 20kms from my house, based in the same county, does not cover my area. Instead, the parcel is now being shipped to Galway, some 50kms away, only to be redelivered on Monday, some five days after the original scheduled delivery!
This quote is taken directly from UPS’s own website; “Sustainability is not just a promise, it’s an action plan. We have a responsibility to put sustainability at the core of our operations. Driven by integrity, UPS remains focused on making credible, purposeful changes.”
What a joke! So, the company that puts sustainability at the core of their operations is shipping a parcel over 2,000kms when they have facilities in place to ship it only 960kms, where is the sustainabilty there?
Secondly, their customer service! It is impossible to contact the Shannon depot directly, the customer service agent was unable or unwilling to do so. Had I been able to, I could have collected my parcel before it was loaded onto the Galway truck or at the very least could have saved myself the 40km round trip to only be told that it is already loaded, going to another depot!
Lastly, this morning’s scan was a complete act of deceit, UPS never intended to deliver the parcel today, it is a complete breach of faith and a poor reflection on the Company’s reputation.
When (or if) I eventually get my parcel, it will have taken 13 days (five days later than it was scheduled to be delivered), an unnecessary additional 1,100kms to get to me. I think the entire service from start to finish is an absolute shambles of a service and of course UPS will not take a blind bit of notice about this poor customer service.

They made three delivery attempts, and the driver left a message and called to ensure that the item was delivered to the right person. I have had many bad experiences with delivery services in Ireland, but this experience was quite good. Pad good guy, thanks.
