Scam company. Ordered a case 6 weeks ago. Not arrived. Contacted them several times and they just gave excuses. Filed a report with PayPal and they refunded me straight away as upon investigation into the company they said the tracking number they had given wasn’t legitimate.

For the price i expected for the camera lenses to be covered as well

Took a long while to get here considering I paid extra for faster delivery.
No where near as shiny as shown in the video and has very sharp edges and when i tried to put my 17 pro max into it it was tight so i stopped before the sharp edges scratched my new iphone and the kicker is i bought 2 of them so they will either be given away or binned. In my opinion these are not a great buy and from my point of view a waste of money.

I bought as cracked after 3 months they won’t replace the item or give ma refund just keep offering me compensation of like £10 then upped it to £14 the case was £34 and are refusing to refund it if reported it to trading standards

SCAMMERS - They didn't deliver my package!

They simply haven't delivered since 09/30/2024, they haven't fixed the problem with the package and they ask for more money to resend a new part and they won't give me my money back!

Beautiful case, I wish it was sturdy. Within a couple of weeks, the side bar at the rear of the case fell and no longer protect the lock mechanism. I contacted upregious and they offered $2 of the $34 I paid for it. Complaining a bit they 'kindly' raised it to $4. For that price I wanted to keep my freedom to share my experience. Unfortunately, beautiful case but cheap like hell.

When item recieved, it was not as described or pictured in advertising. It was cheap nasty piece of plastic that would not protect phone at all . They offered idiotic compensation that never came through . Am going to dob them into co super affairs as fraudulent site . Shame,shame shame

Like many on here, when the product arrived, I wasn't happy with it. I've tried getting them to allow me to return it and was offered $3 and then $5 for keeping my case. They refused to give a return address and keep stating that it will cost me a lot of money to return. This is something that should be stated in their return policy.

My phone case has been in transit for over sixty-five days. Tracking shows it in the town closest to mine for over a month. When I ask for an update they simply copy the logistics link which shows the same information. They have no idea who their carriers are or the true location of their products. UPREGIOUS has refused to send a replacement or pay a refund. Given that, it looks like the sales platform is a scam.

Customer service is hopeless. They offer on the website a refund policy but THEY WILL NOT HONOUR IT.
I ordered a case for my S24 Ultra and when it arrived I was disappointed with it as it did not offer any protection for the front, I want to return it and they offered me like other people a mere 3 dollars which of course I rejected they would offered me 5 dollars. I don’t want money I want to return the items for a refund so they offered me 8 dollars and wont budge from this nor will the provide me return information.... I give up which is probably what they wanted.
The right to return purchases made online, is a consumer right.
This is a terrible company with terrible service and terrible customer support.

Ordered 2 cases for Samsung Ultra 23. Not what I expected and not what was shown. No protection or tempered glass protection. Flimsy n cheap.

The phone case took more than a month to arrive. When I opened the package, the phone case was not the one I had purchased. I immediately filed a complaint. At first, they told me that I was the one who made the mistake. Then they offered me 3 dollars for the case. I continued to reject this and told them I only wanted to receive the case I ordered, which was a double-sided case with front and back protection. After more than a week, they responded again, saying they would now offer me 5 dollars. I don’t want money; I don’t want any money at all—I just want the case. They also said that the return cost would be on me, when everyone knows that the cost of returning an item, as part of the right to return purchases made online, is a consumer right. A terrible company with terrible service and terrible customer support.

The case took a little longer to reach me than I had expected - three weeks in total. However, the quality and craftsmanship make up for the wait. It fits perfectly on my phone and looks absolutely stellar. As for the shipping, it could definitely be faster. Despite the delay, I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

I love the retro vibe of this case. The 3D stars add a fun vintage touch and the mini mirror is practical. The leather gives it a chic look. A nice bonus is the keyboard flip design, it makes my phone stand out. Highly recommend!
