Ordered 2 items in February. I get updates to where it at in shipping, everything everywhere takes 2-3 days to process through. It is May 2nd and the items have not arrived yet. This is a scam set up company.
Don't waste your money go to real honorable vendors.

0 Stars....do not recommend!!! I received the wall "sign" that I ordered, mind you it came very late, and it was all in pieces. I had to pick the package up from the post office because flowarmth.com put a fraudulent postage stamp on the package. I had to pay for the shipping in order to get the package. I have sent them an email, I am waiting to hear back.

I ordered a wall hanging. I never got it. Flo warmth said it was delivered. I have never had any issues with receiving packages. Never any stolen. Flo warmth ask me to check with my neighbors, ask me to check with the post office. Told me to look under bushes. I sent 3 emails to them. They are full of excuses. I don’t recommend doing service with them whatsoever

This is a scam! Product is sold for $19.99 but then later find out it has shipping and fees making the final purchase price of $36.37. Order placed on line on May 23rd. Then you get communications from "customer" Gotrayskj CO. LTD. Next the order is transferred to JS Express Courier Company. Next without notice, I find out the product is being shipped from Shenzhen China. On June 6th the order was delivered in a plain box with zero paperwork. Refunds, if you can find anyone who doesn't keep sending you to China. If you can get a refund it is only for the $19.99 product price. You have to ship it back on your dime. This is a complete scam.

Purchased their cooling blanket. Completely not as advertised. It is just a regular blanket made of polyester, not the fabrics described in the description. When I contacted them to complain, they would not allow me to return it but offered me 3USD as compensation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Ordered from them, kept getting an email with tracking number that it was in transit, and then eventually they said it was delivered and to check with the post office and/or neighbors. Tracking number invalid. TOTAL SCAM

This sight is a scam. I ordered over a month ago, was told that it was delivered which it WAS NOT. Was told to ask my post office but gave me a different tracking number which didn’t even exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. After waiting for delivery for over 6 weeks I sent an email. They responded with a new tracking number, then claimed the item was delivered 2 weeks later. When I complained that the item was NOT delivered they told me to refer to the post office. I asked for a refund and they told me to check with my neighbors and post office. An additional note said they were on holiday and working with minimal staff possibly delaying a further response. Don't be scammed like me

I ordered two cell phone holders... one is being shipped FROM SWEDEN... ONE IS BEING SHIPPED FROM IRELAND. It has been over 2 weeks. They have a tracking system that reports the packages are being inspected by customs in both countries. Customs inspections on OUTGOING PACKAGES? What in the heck is going on? Lesson learned. Not going to fall for ordering anything from this organization again. I will be very surprised if I even get my merchandise. OH and i found the exact same product at HALF the price from the source company on the internet.

This company is a scam. I ordered 10 magnetic boxes and was advised I'd receive them long before Xmas. To make I paid extra for express shipping. It's 3 months later and I still have never received anything. And no refund either. My emails for help get a standard reply over and over to my requests:
"The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit. The system has not updated the latest shipping information. We have urged them to update it. If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience."

I ordered 1 month before Christmas. The tracking always says left centre. Arrived to process, etc but never showing a city. Very worrisome actually. Could never estimate where it was. Now they say it lost in shipping and they want to refund me only half the amount. This company is a scam and I see they do this to many others as well.
Find the product somewhere else do not order from these people!

Ordered the cabinet magnets 3 months ago and never received anything.

Don't order for them if you need the item in a month. They take forever to receive...over a month maybe more because I still have not received the item I ordered.

FEELINGS FLIPS: How am I feeling? I was eagerly looking forward to the arrival of these books for my grandkids. However, the excitement turned into disappointment when their parents discovered that both of the Flips contain grammar errors, and several of the titles do not match the content. Every title indicates that when I feel sad, I can... I would appreciate any help returning this poor product and reimbursing my money. The order was placed on Nov 4th, 2024. I have never had to deal with a company with such bad service in addition to selling products that are not compliant and not representative of what they advertise §-funds very difficult to communicate with them and offers ridiculous solutions
