This is now the third property I have sold with Up Estate Agents, and once again the service has been outstanding.

As always, the team were conscientious, attentive, and always on hand to offer advice and guidance, making the whole process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

I genuinely cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you once again for helping me achieve a successful sale and, most importantly, securing the best possible price for my property.

From start to finish always kept informed. Every phone call I made there was always someone there to help . Jade who I dealt with a lot was always so helpful and kept me up to date with everything. Up estates were amazing from start to finish. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Cheaper than most estate agents but in my experience far better service than most.
Used them twice now and would use them again.

I rented a property managed with Up Estates Coventry between June 25-June 26. All members of the team at Up were helpful, but Elena in particular has been incredibly kind, considerate and responsive during the course of my rental period. From holding a measuring tape for me so I could work out where to fit sofas when moving in, to dealing with reporting issues with the property, to negotiating a end of tenancy date, all the way through to the exit inspection and return of deposit process. I was really grateful to have such personal and professional service for my rental period and would recommend renting through Up.

Felt like they wasted our time.
First chap who came out was likeable and informative. Second chap who came out had as much character as a cardboard box - should have been a sign.
didn't like their photography of our home, but he got offensive when we mentioned this.
Over six months, we had 4 viewings and three cancelled viewings. We reduced our house twice.
Trouble is, 'matching out' doesn't work when you don't actually match to people who might be interested in a property. Instead, we had nothing but tyre kickers and time wasters. This made it clear that Up Estates were definitely not doing any kind of research into who they were sending to view our house.
We gave up when the last couple who came (were they even a couple?!) were surprised that they were not viewing a new build ... you work it out. To us, it just felt like Up Estates sent randoms round every time we suggested they weren't really doing much to sell our house.
Would I recommend them? Probably not.
Did they do anything other than stick it on Rightmove? Probably not.
Did we ever encounter friendly helpful staff? Only on the first visit. Other than that, mostly naive young people, definitely no enthusiasm and absolutely lacking in customer service.

Overall, actually, no, would not recommend!

Elena and the team were fantastic in getting our new home secured. They were always on the ball and always helpful with any questions we had. Very fast to get the process moving. Would highly recommend.

Becky at Up Estates has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Selling a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences you can go through, but Becky made the whole process feel easy and manageable. Her communication was first class throughout, she answered every query quickly and clearly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

What really stood out was how much she put us at ease. It genuinely felt like having someone in our corner who cared about the outcome as much as we did. Everyone selling a home needs a Becky looking out for them. Her professionalism, patience, and warmth made a real difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sales negotiator to guide us through the sale of our home.

Up Estates is managing my property for last 5 years and I have received excellent support from Elena Copaciu throughout. She has handled it very efficiently with tough tenants and managed the property with all the care, that a landlord expects. Recently my property was on market and a lot of competition with number of properties available. She has put a lot of effort in refurbishing it with new paint, carpets and repairs and making it more appealing to customers. She with her team has patiently handled many viewings and finally found a suitable Tenant. Her efforts are very much appreciated in dealing with the new tenant in completing all the formalities and successful move.
She is a role model :-)

Upstates were absolutely excellent through our process of buying a house. They were helpful, helped chase solicitors to move things forward and were generally just very supportive. I would definitely recommend them. Staff were lovely and professional and supported us when we didn’t understand parts of the process.

Emily was great with us and our process, the thing for us was the communication and honesty. It got tricky sometimes but in the end I was happy with the outcome. Thanks to everyone at up estates we have our first home.

From the first meeting with Charlotte and the amazing quality of the pictures and marketing, then the viewing feedback from Aliya, Jessica and Jade, and regular sale progression feedback from Emily and the team, they have all been extremely friendly and professional.
