The questions which I was required to answer during the consultation reflected the professionalism of a UK certified medical practitioner. I was also amazed about the rapidity of the service.

This is the SECOND time writing a review. I have emailed them since 29-August and they still have NOT cancelled an account and subscription I never created. They respond back to me to write them an email. I ALREADY DID THAT! Refund all the payments you have been charging me NOW!

No where on the site to login and unsubscribe from monthly subscription. Not good, having to call my credit card company to issue chargeback. Emailed Updoc several times no reply.

Unable to unsubscribe, there is nowhere on the site to see account or unsubscribe. I have emailed and no response yet, very uncomfortable that they will continue trying to take monthly payments when I have tried to cancel.

Fast, efficient, and thoroughly professional. I used Updock to obtain a medical certificate for university. The doctor described my case in great detail and with great care, so the document was accepted by the university without any issues. I highly recommend it!

Very quick service which made it easy for me to get the online prescription.
When I went to boots I was able to get my medication efficiently and start it straight away. Would definitely recommend Updoc.

Getting the prescription you need is straightforward but actually collecting it is not. Prescriptions are issued via a portal that pharmacies have to know how to use, those I encountered did not. Once the pharmacy opens the prescription using the code provided it is automatically marked as dispensed. This means you have to go with that pharmacy even if they dont have your medicines in stock?

Easy to use and prompt service

I love how convenient it is for me, as a busy mum with three kids last thing I want to do while sick is to go into the practise with three kids just for a medical. I woke up needing a medical but getting and appointment nowadays is so hard especially unforeseen circumstances and then when you do book it’s for a medical and they don’t backdate to the day you were first sick so this is absolutely great to have.

Really easy and convenient service. The whole process was straightforward, quick, and much less stressful than trying to organise an in-person appointment. Communication was clear, everything was handled professionally, and I received exactly what I needed without any hassle. Would definitely use Updoc again and happily recommend it.

Quick and efficient service

I am making a direct comparison with NHS treatment for the same condition three years ago.
I am so pleased with my experience today using Updoc.
I was prescribed the medication that I know works for me and spared the pain, frustration and anxiety of receiving ineffective treatment prescribed by my own NHS GP which finally resulted in a consultation at the local hospital.
The Updoc process was very efficient and communication excellent.
I was able to collect my tablets within two hours of initial contact.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.
