top notch fellas do what they say theyre going to do what more do you want?

Zach was really helpful from the start and the team of cleaners that we had were great cleaning up the flat we're renovating. We've been let down in so many areas by other cleaning services but these guys really take the cake. 100% recommend. Can't fault them.

Amazing service, would highly recommend!

We met with Zach and he explained how their cleaning solutions would benefit us for the properties that we manage, it was more viable than outsourcing to multiple cleaning providers. We've now had 3 end of tenancy cleans carried out and we've got no complaints

Great service. Very friendly very professional the two members of the team were polite and raised their concern about the smell of the cleaning products as we had a newborn in the house which allowed us to make a plan so that the smell didn’t affect the baby. Did a great job of cleaning the oven. Would definitely recommend and use again

Upclean, more like unclean... The two gentlemen arrived outside my property at the time provided but shortly disappeared and then returned 30/40 mins later making them late to the appointment. My partner currently pregnant at the time was not at all happy with the service. The oven was just as dirty as it was before the clean, they wasn’t going to clean the front glass part of it as they didn't have a “screwdriver” to remove it (my partner found one for them). Once complete they asked was the extractor fan included which it was, surely should have known that. I must say they must have just wiped over it as the filters were still grimy and sticky. Once finishing they left my kitchen in a complete state, water all over the floor and counter that may have resulted in someone slipping on and hurting themselves. I took pictures of the state of the oven and work area and emailed and also called but no response was giving back.

UpClean did a really good job for me, Wayne came himself and even though I suspect the job was a little bigger than he anticipated and/or quoted for, he stayed longer and did a fantastic job! My cleaner was absolutely delighted with the result and that she didn’t have to clean the oven!

They came out cheaper than the other quotes I had and they did a great job and really friendly. Happy to recommend.

I swear this company writes their own reviews because they did not bother cleaning my friends flat. They left it dirtier than it was before, took £185 off her when she got home it was left an absolute mess and the landlord charged her for an emergency cleaner. AVOID AVOID absolute scammers. We both tried to call and email and no one has been answering us for weeks. Do not trust

I’m not one to write reviews. But for the service I received, I thought it was only right. I never really feel comfortable with cleaning services, I normally do it myself. But I’ve been really sick, (bed bound) for a period of time and to be honest, my house was a state. This is when I came across UPCLEAN. Honestly, I’d rather them continue doing it for me because it was absolutely speculator. The work they do is honestly outstanding. They even cleaned places I never even thought to clean, it was amazing. It’s so spotless. I’ve been recommending them to my friends and even they have used their services with the same feedback. My house has never looked better. 11/10.

I booked an end of tenancy clean, they did the oven, toilets and everything to perfection.
The house was a state and i was scared to hand back the keys to the landlord.
These guys came and did a fantastic job so quickly. The way they done the oven was unreal and they fully mopped up all the dog poo aswell. I had to ask Zachary for a few additional requests and he happily done them free of charge on top of the end of tenancy clean. Definitely recommend these guys top level service, young friendly hard workers, overall great company.

Terrible service. End of tenancy clean poor and had to be done again by the landlord resulting in us being charged twice. Tried to contact on numerous occasions to complain (both email and phone) but all calls and emails have been ignored for three weeks!!! Unable to contact. Avoid at all costs.

Upclean attend my property the same day and corresponded very well and there was no confusion. The cleaners were helpful and polite and went the extra mile with no requests from myself ... now my home is better then when I first moved in!

Avoid these people at all costs. They were booked to complete an end of tenancy house clean in Colchester. They cleaned the oven, that was it. Floors were left with mud and dirt everywhere. We then had to clean the whole house ourselves as the landlord was furious that it had been left uncleaned. Since then all calls and messages have been ignored. Zachary Beckett is a scammer. Keep your money in your pocket! You’ve been warned.

These cleaners were excellent, they attended my property on time fully equiped to get the job done. I lived in a private property and had to leave in short notice I called they responded and got my deposit from landlord back.

Upclean has done a fantastic job on my double oven... they were very kind and also conducted social distancing well.

Now I have a good contact when it comes to cleaning and reliable service that I am happy with!

A couple of days ago, Upclean remove all the stains from my carpet, that was marked with red wine and curry stains , within 45 mins the carpet was cleaned and saved me a lot of money on not buying a new carpet.

They also attended the same day and was polite and respectful, would definitely recommend upclean to anyone as they did a superb job!!
