Very disappointing experience. I ordered training pants for my son, but they weren’t sent due to an issue on their end. Customer service assured me it would be resolved, but then €30 was unexpectedly deducted from my account for a subscription I was not aware I had signed up for.

Despite asking them to cancel everything, they continued sending items, including gummy bears I never ordered, and charged me another €25. I had to threaten legal action before they finally cancelled the subscription and refunded my money.

I cannot comment on the quality of the pants because, after this experience, I no longer wanted to use them on my son. I strongly advise other parents to stay away. Parents have enough stress during potty training without dealing with unexpected charges and unwanted products.

I am a grandma getting ready to help my granddaughter when it is time to potty train. Having training pants ready ay my home when she visits is a good way to be prepared. Plus, a good way to do some test runs as they say.

After my grandson wearing his first pair for less than 20 minutes his trousers were wet through... so they certainly don't do as the advertising states.. total waste of money

Free gift is a shady way of subscribing you into a monthly $40 gummy subscription. Went through multiple web links to finally cancel.

Xaida helped me with exchanging the wrong ones I’d ordered for free and let me donate the wrong ones to another mama who could use them which is so incredibly thoughtful! And helpful to a busy mama! I didn’t notice my mailing address was incorrect until after I placed the order. I contacted customer service via email. I quickly got a reply from Christine, who was very helpful and able to get it switched before it got shipped out! I’m so excited to try these products!

I ordered these pants, had a slight issue I explained to customer service who answered my questions quickly and were fantastic offering a solution they didn't have too. They went above and beyond and I can't wait to try these out

Order arrived quickly. My daughter is excited to put them on. The qr code for care instructions isn't working and I ordered the wrong size. But other than that happy with the purchase!

I'm glad I then also found the information about needing to wash the training pants 2-3 times first to reach a good level of absorbency. I think that information should be positioned somewhere where it's easy to see.

Never received the pants. Even though shipment says they did. Nobody seems to be able to help me…

I reached out with a concern and their response was beyond my expectations, They took in consideration everything I told them and needed. They offered a replacement at no cost and advised me to donate the ones I had already bought to another parent in need. Every time my daughter pee her trousers are soaking wet. It doesn't hold more that 10-20ml... WASTE OF MONEY. Quality same as everything else from China.

Everything arrived as advertised and quick delivery, very good experience

I ordered the L size for my 3yr old. He's on the bigger side and the Ls didn't fit. I emailed Upairy, waited a few days (no response) and then messaged again. By the weekend I was starting to wonder what was taking so long, but they DID get back to me! They had great news, they were going to provide the XLs for me. I was so happy to finally hear a response, they said I could keep the Ls (which I ended up donating). I was very happy they got back to me because I was really impressed by the quality of the pant and padding, so getting the exchange for XLs was exactly what I was hoping for and they delivered. I bought size L for my little one, but as he has a little pot belly, they were a tad tight. I didn't know if I could exchange them, but Upairy customer services were absolutely brilliant. Prompt friendly responses and quick action to exchange for a larger size. Very impressed

The panties are so big for my baby and I can’t find the option for change that.

The pull ups are nice but they send you “free” gummies and then auto enroll you at 40 bucks a month in small fine print and it’s almost impossible to cancel. I would not buy again bc that is extremely dishonest.
