I so so sooo wanted to love these, after all the hype. And they are a step above undies as far as absorbency, but only a step. I added an extra star for great customer service, as they tried making it right by sending absorbent liners when I reached out saying they weren't working for us, but had I read a review like this, I would have likely opted for a much less expensive brand. With or without the liners (they look like a small muslin burp cloth, I kind of expected maybe a plasticky backing like on panty liners,) small or big pees are leaking right through, defeating the idea of keeping clothes dry. I think if the seam for the absorbent part of the undies were higher, this wouldn't happen so much. Dealing with messy poops is also discouraging, as the sides don't tear away (could add snaps) and I have to drag it down his legs. Great company, great idea, execution just needs work, unfortunately.. and we're back to diapers, for now.

Tried the underwear. My daughter barely peed. Didn’t absorb anything. Still went thru her pants, and all over the couch. Also got charged FOURTY DOLLARS for a TINY jar of garbage gummies that I DID NOT want. Claims to be free then you are charged a subscription and have to login to an account you never even created in the first place just to cancel it. 1/10 company. If I could do -10/10 I would. Stay away.

Using these is about as effective as just putting regular underwear on a toddler. They do not stop anything from soaking completely through. Within 10 minutes of my child wearing these I was cleaning puddles up off the floor.

They are adorable fit just right and he likes him. I got the puppy. I got the helicopter airplane one and I got him three of the tractor I cannot wait to see how they work

Quality made product. One measurement that should be considered is thigh circumference. I went up 1 size and it's still tight and hard for our son to be independent. Please seriously consider this.

Pants are useless they don’t absorb anything total waste of money and they sign you up to a subscription for the tummy gummies after stating they are a free gift. Luckily I saw all the bad reviews (unfortunately after I’d already purchased) when I came to leave mine which prompted me to cancel before being charged. AVOID!!!

We’ve loved the UpAiry training underwear as we started potty training our almost 3 year old! One of the pairs we ordered had an issue with the elastic after just a few washes. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement pair with free shipping immediately with no questions. We’re planning to order more to use as replacements for overnight pull ups as we continue our potty training journey. Highly recommend!

My son went through the diaper

I received my package but was very disappointed because they leak and make a mess they don’t hold anything in. And when I made my order I was supposed to receive stickers a chart and some vitamins which I never received. I feel it was a waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend

When you try to do a return/refund - they do NOT respond to you.
They offer you a refund and do not submit payment.

They then send you items that you NEVER approved or purchased until you see a charge on your account.

$80 later - I NEVER approved an item to be sent.
I AM PENDING a return - they have NOT refunded me my PROMISED money.

NO ONE responds to me.

I've emailed for the past week then came to see the charge on my account again!

It's been several emails - NO RESPONSE. no one gets back to you - you can't even file a complaint with the BBB because they're not listed.

I overestimated the size of my great grandson and responded to Amanda’s email asking if everything was satisfactory with my order. I questioned if I could exchange the size two for size one. Kimberly replied that they already have processed a new order for the correct size and it was on its way. Unbelievable customer service especially in this day and age. So very much appreciated. Not to mention these adorable training pants are super comfortable and absorbent!! Thank you all so much.

Grachelle was absolutely amazing and so helpful! Everyone on the customer service team has been wonderful. We just started potty training, and my daughter absolutely loves wearing her underpants. She gets so excited to put them on, and honestly, so do I! It has made starting this new stage so much more fun and exciting for both of us. We’re so happy with them and definitely recommend them!

Like how thick the underwear are and the prints. Unfortunately my grandson would still pee through the underwear and get my floor and furniture wet. Probably should have purchased the extra absorbent pad inserts.

The fabric is of good quality, it is made of cotton, it absorbs a lot, there is only one small detail that in the part where the elastic goes, it is uncooked, (as everything can always see some defect in the garments that does not mean that it is a poor quality) from there if it absorbs a lot there is no drain of pipi.

I ordered the pants, came with free gummy bottle. A month later they just took money from my account and sending another bottle. I emailed them 2 days ago to cancel but they still ignored me and sent me the confirmation email of the item is on its way???!!! And my daughter hates the taste, she only ate one!

While my daughter still needs to give these gummies some to work, the delivery of them was so quick! I am very impressed. We all tried the gummies and they taste fine, my daughter didn’t complain and we’ve gone through a lot of options!

Buying the bundle offer they have on signs you in to a monthly subscription of £31 for the gummies but there was no where stating this when I ordered them pain to cancel the pants them self are basically a padded pair of underwear and only would absorb a dribble not an accident if your child has an accident they are still wet right through clothes , I already thought I’d wasted my money and then the subscription caught me off guard the next month would not recommend
