Brilliant service, came quick and packaged well, 100% recommended

Tried both emails still since the 10th of May and no reply on Instagram. It would be amazing if you would reply as im missing a tracksuit still and can’t refund an item anymore as it’s over two weeks

Items arrived on time, I have tried to contact unzippedclithing via both of their email addresses and direct message on Instagram to arrange a return/swap in size for a t shirt I have had no reply on any. Please can you arrange this.

Delivered wrong T shirt and owed £3.95 in delivery cost to return the wrong item back to Unzipped Clothing. Still not sent out the T shirt I requested and had complete radio silence from them for 3 weeks now. Review will be updated once I have received my T shirt and refund for delivery

EDIT: Refund is being processed for both the T shirt and the delivery, although disappointed the T shirt in my size is out of stock. Small businesses should be given the benefit of the doubt and I may order from the company in the future, although I hope the customer service side of the business is focused upon as the quality/variety of clothes is already excellent.

Good website and easy to work, no carry on or hassle in any department, since ordering i waited two weeks for an update and didn’t receive anything so mailed them and asked for one, they followed up with cancelling my order

I sent a pair of shorts back to get a size up the seller said the item had been dispatched via dpd I have no tracking number direct messages with the Instagram page completely ignored has been a week since the company hasn’t replied to my message have no clue where my package is now

Poor service from start to finish. Product received didn’t fit and I am still waiting on confirmation of refund. Not a good experience at all and customer service badly lacking.

What a fantastic service, I contacted Unzipped as I had ordered several items however was worried they wouldn’t arrive in time for a birthday gift. I was upgraded to next day delivery free of charge to ensure I got them on time and the person I spoke with was so friendly!

Highly recommend Unzipped clothing and will most definitely use again.

Some unreal sets on here that I can’t find anywhere else, customer service is bang on too. Facebook, Insta, or live chat! Company ran proper👍🏽

Ordered a t-shirt which came within a couple of days. Speedy service and quality products! Would recommend
