I posted my coins & notes recorded/signed for next day, which I tracked & was signed for next working day. I have heard nothing from this company despite emailing them. It's now a full 7 days since I sent my currency to them & begining to wonder what has happened!

I was initially wary posting cash to an unknown company, but, the cash was Uktainian currency and unchangeable at the usual high street banks and FX outlets. Cash was posted recorded delivery and was duly delivered and signed for by UTM. I had an email next day confirming receipt and amount. Sterling equivalent posted to my Paypal account the following day. Will use again.

Rate was the same as shown on the calculator on their website. No hidden charges, all very straightforward.

Excellent service. I had some Ukraine banknotes from a business trip there on 2008. Couldn't change them in most other places so good to find I could here. Money was in my account in 3 days - fantastic service.

I sent a mix of Swiss Franc notes, coins and some out of circulation Swedish Krona. The exchange rates offered were better than any other companies, and miles better than high street banks / travel agents etc. I have to say that I was somewhat nervous about sending cash through the post, and to a company that I'd never heard of that only had a few reviews. I needn't have worried though as the expected payment was in my bank the day after it was delivered. I didn't get an email with confirmation that it had been received, but that's not really an issue - ultimately it's the funds that mattered.

Got the agreed rate within 3 days of postage. Excellent service especially for currency that isn't usually accepted by high street currency exchanges. Would reccommend to anyone!!

What a great service. The exchange rate was so much better than the High Street, and I got rid of my coins too. Final amount received was a couple of pounds less than indicated but the Icelandic rate was dropping fast so I wasn't surprised. Would recommend this service.

Icelandic money changed at a rate that was appreciably better than a high street bank or the post office, with funds credited to my account three days after the receipt of the money by UTM Ltd.

UTM lose one star on this review for a lack of proactive communication. I would have liked them to acknowledge receipt of the money and to have advised at that stage when the transaction would complete.

I would use the service again.

Had loads of unusual notes and coins left over from years of European travelling and thought that I would never be able to exchange it but I was wrong! UTM provide a great service - I sent the coins and notes to them on Thursday and the money is in my bank already - 2 working days turn around! I have used Unused travel money twice. Once to purchase currency and just recently to sell a relatively unused currency Laos Kip. On both occasions I received excellent customer service. The transactions were very quick and efficient and would definitely use again.

Just found them via the internet and had a few misgivings but as the currency (over 10, inc coins) had been lying around for years thought I had nothing to lose. They were great! Quick response to emails, confirmation of rate before sending, speedy transfer to my account and really good rates. Very happy, would definitely use again.

I had my doubts about posting currency to an unknown address but my Ukraine money that nobody else would take was exchanged to GBP and in my bank account within a week.
