So the Dutch Untappd has a relatively new webshop which runs through Dare to Drink Different. Now they had the wrong contents listed of a couple of boxes that I ordered (ofc the good ones weren't in) so I called them about it and they told me not to worry and they would fix it. One week later, nothing and I called, they'd get back. Another week later I called and they offered me a 15% discount for my next order.
Not amused! They baited me with false info and then expect me to order more? That's not what I expected when I was told 'not to worry about, we will fix it.' I then asked if I could just send everything back, but after calling about 2 more times cuz they just don't call back I'm done. Never again and please do yourself a favor, stay away!

No way to speak to customer service. They rely on email and it can take over a week to resolve issues. They obviously know this is an issue since they removed themselves from google reviews. looking for alternative

They refuse to delete your personal data and have shared / sold it to a large number of organisations which WILL track / target you.

I used this app for years and was frustrated that they are the type of company that re-adds you to their junk mail list periodically without your consent. A year after deleting my account, I was put back on their mailing list and am unable to unsubscribe (email unsubscribe links are clearly just for legal decoration). Support told me I was successfully removed from all of their lists by their developers... then I received another email the following day. Other sources indicate this is hardly a unique problem to me. This company willfully spams.

Only interested in selling you tools that you don't need ... as soon as you aren't going to spend money with them, they drop you like a fly and wont help you change the false advertising they display of your business.

Avoid. No honour.

Just another tripadvisor where people can leave false reviews, told them many times and no reply at all, same as TA, shocking
