In 2019 the agent recommended the model of outdoor tv based on where we were placing it(outside under an awning on the back of our house). I’m on my second tv since 2019. After I purchased the first one, it became very hazy within a year. They replaced it and again it became hazy within a year. I notified them and they said that the tv is not to get sunlight however that’s the tv the agent recommended. Now there are white spots and a large white line across the screen. I keep it covered when not in use and it’s placed in a location based on their recommendations. Not worth the money.

We purchase a Partial Sun 75 inch for around $4000,
this unit was installed in A totally covered Patio
Less than 3 Months this unit died.
After 2 trips as they needed more Photos,
to our surprise they indicated Tv needs to be shipped to Illinois
at my cost we are in Florida no one even the Distributor ADI
told us Neptune and Peerless-AV have zero Support for the $4,000
Tv outside of Illinois we would have NEVER bought it!
They were kind to Send us a Box and Pallet After $369 to ship, they said
the TV is unrepairable that water got into the TV no hurricanes in florida
covered patio they stuck to there story i had to demand photos to show
my client after about 8 emails they provided 2 photos of an inside, i hope
was our TV.
I wrote a check for the Tv back to my Client of 20 years no one lossed here
but my Company, ADI sold us this junk and Peerless-AV have zero support on these
outdoor TV's be aware!!
We have since lost this client of 20 years, he has moved on with another integrator.
