Expensive…
For the price I expected better and quicker results.. I dont have over $500 to spend every 3 months on skincare. Will probably continue with the cleanser but that's about it.

Wonderful Customer Service…
After posting a review about challenges I had experienced with a Universkin SPF product, I was contacted by the company. They asked questions about my issues, showed an interest in my skin problems, they gave advice, supplied an alternative product to help with my issues and monitored my progress using the products. I cannot speak highly enough of their support and professionalism. They have enabled me to use the SPF product without my previous issues recurring. Really great product - La Poudre Solaire. It is easy to apply and protects you extremely well if you know how much and how often to reapply it.
