Woeful customer serveice and faulty fridge

We ordered a fridge, it came, did not work, and then they took 6 weekes to pick it up and get us a new one.

As soon as the fridge was delivered, I was getting payment reminders and phone calls.

Simply awful experience.

Dissatisfatory service

Delays in deliveries, highly dissatisfactory communication and customer service, unclear website. Everything that was connected to my order was followed by confusion and frustration. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT USE this service.

never again, their support is catastrophic and conditions of delivered goods were bad. They weren't even covered in a seperate box for transportation

I bought an iPhone 12 128GB and got mini 64GB

I bought an iPhone 12 128GB. In few days I got mail that the iPhone I purchased is 12 mini because it was a typo. I understand that but I still thought that I will get iPhone 12 mini 128GB but what I got was an iPhone 12 mini 64GB which is normal price for that specification and not a discount.

The worst ever exprience !!!

The worst ever exprience !!!
I ordered a carpet for kid's room and the delivery time was mentioned 1-2 weeks!!!
And now it is exactley 1 month and once my husband call them and sent them emails the answer was : Oh that looks like your parcel is lost and we need 10 weeks to check it !!!
To check what????
14 weeks waiting for nothing !
They would leave you no option to cancel your order.
They are thieves .
Please just keep distance of universal online shop .

NEVER EVER Use this company!!!

I ordered a new TV with the website advertising 3-4 working days for delivery. The TV was invoiced the following day and I was told that it had shipped. After a week, the Track and Trace was still not updated to show that it had left the warehouse. Now, almost a week later, they are telling me that it has been delivered but Track and Trace is still showing that it is pending shipping.

If you try to call them, they are TOTALLY unhelpful and refuse to do anything but suggest that you send an email. Today, the woman in the call centre refused to handle my complaint and hung up on me!

As an update: 10/12/20. Their customer service have said that they will now require up to 6 weeks to find out what has happened to the TV which they say was delivered but clearly was not!

Further update: 10/12/20. They have now raised a new order for me to receive the TV that I have already paid for AND WANT ME TO PAY A FURTHER €330 in advance to receieve this second TV!

Hopefully the end: 15/12/20. I traced the TV myself and it was delivered today, no thanks at all to Universal who, apparently, did absolutely nothing other than try to get more money out of me!

Don't even consider it

Website shows all products available immediately, but turns out nothing is available. Expect months delivery time.
Customer service takes at least one week to reply.
Just forget it

Reliable service, fast delivery

My experience was very positive. I ordered many things from Universal and they always informed me about delivery time. Also, if it was a delay. I had no problems with return my items. What also good is that the company will deliver immediately the things they currently have.

Never Universal

Sorry I cannot give -5 stars...
I bought a sofa 10 weeks ago for which I paid 1200€ and I am still waiting for it....mkney is gone, sofa didn't arrive. I wrote them about it and they said it will be 3 weeks late than the original delivery time. I told themn it is wrong and that I sold my old sofa and the buyer took it away so I have no sofa in my living....theeeen they wrote me back and LIED that my sofa is already with the delivery company and should arrive in a few days (no longer 3 weeks)...odd. Then after 2 weeks, still no sofa, so I called the delivery company who said they have no package for me from Universal.... . I wrote back to Universal and it is already another week (so 3 weeks in total) and I have not yet received an answer. This is unbelivable...Wooorst online shop by faar....

2000EURS FOR MIST...

2000EURS FOR MIST.... I bought a sofa in 2019. I am also a premium customer which I will cancel today. The sofa is broken after 3 months. After about 10 months the fabric material for the sofa looks 10 years old. We are just 2 adults in the house. How can a sofa be so old in one year!! I told them about this and they want me to look and pay for an investigator to check the quality. I have no energy for all this struggle. After seeing my photos they could have compensated me for the poor quality they gave me by taking away 50% or quickly give me another sofa or just repair it put new fabric material and restore the broken sofa arm. Add the total amount that went to them for this sofa is 2000Euros!!!! 2000 EUROS INS MIST UND FÜR MIST.
