Nice but unserious service

I bought a jacket, their carrier made mistakes and send it back. Can happen. Although: I contacted Baur when the article was still on it's way: somehow they couldn't do anyhing.

I contacted Baur's service again and we agreed i order the Jacket again, the price difference would be repaid. They changed that in a coupon, not nice.

I ordered something new to finish up the coupon, but the coupon wasn't entered in the system.
I tried with nice emails and less nice emails to get that fixed before the date I had to pay for the article.

Now on the final day, they changed the amount. Incorrectly.

They first scam you for the price

They first scam you for the price, offer a discount. Then the payment link didn't work, I contacted the support, they replied I should use another broser ( I use Chrome). I instaled Firefox to be able to pay, and finally when a notification came on my phone to confirm the payment the amount changed and the bed I was looking to buy become 70 euros more expensive! So no discount they adverties and no true number that was showed on my schreen before I clicked buy! Scammers. Avoid them!

I really have a bad experience with…

I really have a bad experience with their payment methods.I wanted to buy some clothes from Baur. I chose paypal because thats the only method that i have been using for online purchases, and i never had an issue. But with this website, when i tried to pay using Paypal they dont accept and showed to please use another method for payment.Although they have mentioned, they accept paypal. I tried hundres times, but the same problem. May be they want that customers use other methods of payment and not Paypal. And its all deliberately. When i wrote email they gave stupid excuses like remove cache and sytem should be upgraded etc. I pay every where with the same system.

I purchased several products with…

I purchased several products with monthly repayments on June 29. After waiting 10 days, the status is still under control. After several telephone calls to customer service, they said that I would receive an email within 3 working days. Still no confirmation if an email.Worthless company!

Scammers when it comes to installment!!!!t…

Scammers when it comes to installment buying. It's horrible and total nightmare!!!!! Goods and delivery services are fine until you buy on credit. They collected initial deposit of Euros 100 before l was able to purchase the product. They took the money free of charge without any better explanation when I contacted them.
They charge interest which goes higher every month. The more you pay the higher your interest goes up on the same item.
They unbelievably charge something they call"" other burden "" which is something I don't know. Again is some charges they call insurance. What sort of scamming is this?
Nobody should ever think of buying anything and paying it in installments. It's horrible.

I have order something the post was on…

I have order something the post was on the way to me and they ( who i order the packet ) cancelled in the last moment my order wich was on the way to me wich i have to wait all day for the packet , they have said to make from the packet a return , and i still have the documents for paying , Even i didn’t received or send return nothing !! Because you Bauer.de you returned my packet back , and Why i must give you my date of birth and fotos with documents ? Because i did have received nothing from you ? I have no packet and is a receive on my name wich is not normal , and you want my date of birth for what ?! You better cancel my payment , because my order you return it alone without my permision !

very bad kitchen quality and until now no proper communication from baur.de

we have highlighted this issue within 1 week after installing the kitchen as on 15th May'23.Due to no response/ no solution a followed up email was written as on 27th May'23.

We have been following on this issue since last 6 months and there have been multiple visits by hermes einrichtungs service representatives till date (1st visit starting from June'23 and last this month in Oct'23) all promising to replace the slab and admitted to a quality issue including the first inspection in June.

Now after 6 months when we have asked for a full refund as we cannot continue with this harassment anymore suddenly the warranty has been forfeited.

Now let’s address the issue of silicone on a small portion next to the washbasin - The application's was applied as per suggestion from the installation guy (hermes einrichtungs service) which we hired from your team at the time of booking the kitchen.(we have paid euros 500) Why did he suggest us to use silicon ?

The silicon has been applied only on a small part of the exterior slab of the kitchen platform which is also 100% easily removable within 10 seconds. This was also done recently because of the delay from your side to resolve the issue and for us to avoid further damage.

Now even the drawer is not working properly. So this issue has nothing to do with the platform and again it emphasis the poor quality of the kitchen.

Hence the solution is not acceptable as :

1. Th Kitchen was of poor quality from the very beginning. Multiple inspections from your side agreed and confirmed this in last 6 months.
2.The silicon was applied as per installation guy's advice send by your company.
3. Now when a full refund is requested - suddenly the warranty is forfeited. Harassment and cheating.

We bought this kitchen as your website was listed on MNC company portal and I will be informing my company of this issue to get it removed from company employee benefit website along with taking legal action if not resolved immediately.

Further I will be highlighting the incident on the social media platform.

I want a 100% refund (including installation charges) for the kitchen.

The service is very poor..

The service is very poor... The only way to find out is to call on the phone and only speak German. That I had to call 10 times to order the desired goods - the call is interrupted, the order is accepted, but not entered into the system, and so on... About the German language (with all due respect to the Germans, I really respect this nation, but I encountered such bad service for the first time once in Germany and specifically with Baur.) in this company you can write a whole story, starting with the Bavarian accent, which is difficult to understand just by hearing, and ending with the fact that out of those 10 calls I made to 10 different people, none of them could speak English, in the European Union In the 21st century! None of them probably went to school? I am Lithuanian, during my life I had to learn German, Russian, English, Polish languages in addition to my native language. Customer service should have the option of live text chats or email correspondence, so that it is possible to communicate with the help of a virtual translator, and so that neither the language barrier nor the accents get in the way...
And that's not all - when I have already paid for the goods according to the advance invoice, I receive an email from Baur. that after payment in this way, they cannot sell the goods... Tragedy, not the company!

Don’t trust the delivery dates!

Don’t trust the delivery dates!

I ordered a bench and 2 chairs which was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks. The bench was delivered but we are still waiting for the chairs and it’s now more than 11 weeks passed from that time.

I would cancel my order if I have not received the bench!

We have bought all of our furniture recently from other websites and non of them have the issue.

Stay away from Baur!!!!

Firstly, it's concerning that Baur provided you with inaccurate information. As a customer, you rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the online shop to make informed decisions about your purchases. The fact that Baur did not take this responsibility seriously is unacceptable.

Furthermore, it's unacceptable that Baur would limit your online account without a valid reason. It's your right as a customer to have access to your account, and Baur should provide a clear explanation for any account limitations or suspensions. The fact that they are unable to provide a reason for this action is deeply concerning and suggests that they may not have your best interests at heart.

Lastly, it's alarming that Baur would use privacy as an excuse to avoid answering your questions. While privacy is important, it should not be used as a shield to hide behind when faced with legitimate customer inquiries. It's important for online shops to be transparent with their customers, and Baur's behaviour in this regard is simply unacceptable.

I would strongly recommend that others avoid shopping with Baur. Their apparent lack of concern for customer satisfaction and transparency is simply not acceptable in today's online marketplace.
