I really wish my own insurance was as easy as this was to renew. Added to the professional person I talk with who frankly shock me by giving me options to reduce our premiums. Thank you for your care, knowledge, professionalism and support.

Insurance didn’t require updating so satisfied to let it run it’s course

Rob Townsend was extremely helpful in arranging the renewal of our District HQ annual insurance, especially as we had had a squirrel issue in our loft that had affected the electrics. Rob liaised with us and the insurer to ensure we had cover whilst we fixed the issue. Great service!

Efficient service. One minor query which I had which was addressed promptly and helpfully by the agent, and the policy was renewed with little fuss.

As a retired insurance broker and father-in-law of a local Guide leader I was asked to liaise with Unity and sort out a potential underinsurance situation. (no pressure then!!)
My contact, Natalie, was very pleasant and courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and able to understand the problem and discuss options. More importantly she was able to negotiate with the underwriter to provide an acceptable solution for something that from my own experience was not straight forward.
Most of this happened midterm but the current renewal has just been agreed and was dealt with in the same professional manner.

Have used Unity for many years and have found them to provide good cover at a competitive price. Always receive the renewal policy in plenty of time to check cover and discuss. They understand Scouting issues such as having to store equipment separately to meeting place. Definitely recommend!

Policy which is for district equipment at various addresses was sent out in plenty of time so I was able to check with everyone that cover was correct. Natalie was very helpful and quickly updated 2 small changes to generate the renewal price
