Absolute worst service
Absolute worst service. At least 1 hour on hold for any inquiry. Internet cuts out daily. They do not follow through with anything. Poor experience all round. The worst service I have ever used.
Keep losing my service
The phone keeps getting turned off sometimes when I'm talking it just turns off and you have to call to get service restored it happens every week.
Horrible…
Horrible customer service and horrible service in general. STEER CLEAR!
Please read this before signing up!!…
Please please read this review before accepting the terms and conditions.
Firstly, their terms and conditions are freaking 50-60 pages long !! Who is even going to read all that detail ..
After scanning through for 15 minutes I finally found a sentence which read customer will have to pay $350 for cancelling the service. I mean who ffs pays that much money for cancelation fees? They rope you in to it blindly because they claim they’re cheaper than most providers but there’s a catch there.
Please think before signing up. I’d rather pay a little more for a service with less hassle when it’s time to wrap up.
Poor! Never going back with them!
Never refunded for tablet nor recievedm
I applied to get a tablet and switch my phone service. So I did not get approved through the national verifier and did not receive a refund. I asked 3 times and it's been over a month ago.
poor customer service they charged me…

Poor customer service guaranteed
If I could provide a negative star rating I would. However 1 star seems a little too kind. We HAD been with Uniti Wireless right from when they first started, we were very happy, service was not only local, but was exceptionally good, and good is an understatement. They "were" exceptionally good. However as the years passed, the downtime and connection to the towers failed so many times to the point that our adapter service calls were too much to bear waiting more than 40 minutes on hold listening to the sub par elevator messages/jingle. Even though we moved to a far better internet service provider (ISP for short), we had left without thought an automated payment through to Uniti. It took us more than 3 months of weekly calls to try get the money refunded to us. This caused more grief than necessary to the point they reluctantly sent us the money only after we went to TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman). If the tables were turned and we didn't pay our bills on time not only would our service be turned off, but we would have had the collections agencies chasing the money as well as enduring a bad credit rating which caries for many years should you go take out a loan. So, to cut a long story short, you are better to go with a far better and more reputable company such as Superloop or Telstra. This review comes at the cost of our VERY POOR customer service from UNITI WIRELESS.
Broken customer systems - stay away for mental peace
There is one word for them - stupid.
They reached out promising NBN service upgrade in few months. I was so excited to finally get FTTP upgrade and I signed up. The service was to be upgraded in October. They also signed me up for FTTN service. Since I was happy With Aussie Broadband, I asked them to disconnect and let me be with Aussie till they upgrade the FTTP. They happily obliged and I stayed with Aussie.
Now they started sending me monthly invoice for no reason. There support team is super slow, call centres are managed by stupid who only promise to give credit but they keep doing the same thing - showing invoice due every month. Now they are sending Overdue letter without either upgrading or me using their FTTN for a single day.
Such bloody cheaters that when I asked them to even remove my request to upgrade as I am scared of their services, they are now asking for 350$ for a service which was never delivered.
I would have given them -1 if that way a score on review.
poor network service
internet service drops off randomly for no reason during the day while I was having important work calls. They recently undergo a migration and the migration was scheduled during working hours on a work day without any notice in advance. Customer service is always a long wait (I was the 20+ in the queue every time I called, I guess this is a good indication of poor network service). Never made a late payment but yet the service I received is below average. One of the customer service team told me they will provide me the outage credit but it never happened and to be honest, I dont care about a few dollars credit, I paid them premium and I think it is fair that I expect to receive premium service but sadly this is not the case. not recommended. dont waste your money and time.

Avoid Uniti - they are terrible
We inherited Uniti after they took over our current internet provider, and naively I thought they would deliver the same level of service.
Recently I upgraded to an Eero Pro, only to discover their meagre technical support.
That is, if you can ever get hold of them. Most calls would go unanswered for half an hour, and their callback is questionable. Be prepared to endure long wait times. You have been warned.
Their technical support is not up to standard, I could not get IPv6 or DHCP with a static IP.
My biggest disappointment was to discover after using trace route that they were adding additional hops to their servers, increasing latency to be unacceptable. Imagine learning that you are competing with 6 to 12 other households for bandwidth with a local router, rather than being connected directly.
After reaching the point where they could not provide us any longer with adequate internet, we were advised we would need to endure their terrible service for the 30 day notice period. I am counting the days...
My sincere regret is that I did not leave them sooner.
Absolutely the sorriest thing I've…
Absolutely the sorriest thing I've done, signing up to this ISP. Extremely poor communicators hopeless internet dropouts all the the time and speeds that are so slow the requested server times out without connecting. This happens much more often than any scrap of success is achieved No wonder they won't communicate by email, this would allow for written evidence as their value etc.
