You can totally trust this site
You can totally trust this site. I had a great experience buying the domain and it transferred in a day. All my picky questions were answered more than perfectly.
This service helped me a lot and slept. Inform those support about the problem and save the hair on your head
When I just bought my domain, I did not know that technical support can be very client-oriented. After an unforeseen incident that happened not so long ago. And when it was necessary to urgently resolve an issue on a problem, taking into account the conversational barrier, the technical support did an excellent job. Plus one satisfied loyal customer.
Professional and trustworthy people

Pleasantly Surprised
Pleasantly surprised by the customer service. This goes from the first contact e-mail, to the transfer of the domain name, through the negotiation phases.
Good customer service, scam prices
The customer service is fast and good but they want to charge 10.000 usd for a domain is not worth even 100, for me this is a scam
Kirsty quickly resolved our listing issue.
Thanks again Kirsty for so promptly resolving our minor listing issue.
Very prompt & efficient customer service
Great service
Great service, fair price, fast transfer. Mohammed K was great to deal with & would highly recommend - thanks :)
Always exceptional customer support
Always exceptional customer support - to be able to ping tier 1 with a simple email when stuck with CNAME weirdness, and get a little backend support from Tier 2 pretty quickly. No phone calls. Thanks again!
Why can't all support desks be like this one?
Lots to like about their customer service:
1. You can email them with your question. This is so simple and saves so much time compared to chatting or calling an 800 number but few support desks allow it.
2. They respond quickly.
3. They understood my question, reviewed my account, and gave me exactly the answer I needed.
I wish all support desks were like this one.
Excellent Service!
Fast response, everything resolved immediately. Many thanks

Ken Kenney — the domain broker KING
After about 10+ back to back domain transactions (purchases) — working with Ken Kenney has been nothing short of extremely diligent, and impressive. Always responsive, called every time we had any type of correspondence from sellers as per request, and truly kept himself accountable one domain at a time. Looking forward to working in the future, and will absolutely be sure to refer your services to anyone I know that’s looking to buy or sell their domain. Thanks Ken!
