Ok registrar, but they have just been bought out by GoDaddy, whom I've been trying to avoid. Their UI for DNS records doesn't support CAA records, which is a deal breaker for me. Despite this, cust... See more

Uniregistry is a good service, and I never experienced any problems with it. My issue is mainly from increased renewal prices on tlds such as .io that doubled in price after the godaddy acquisition.... See more

They are the best

Uniregistry is by far the best domain registrar. Their management is more intuitive than Godaddy, Afternic, Sedo and NameJet. It just works. I moved my portfolio from a mixture of the previously mentioned companies a few years ago and I'm very happy.

Everything great until you need toget…

Everything great until you need toget paid on a domain sale. Customer service has been good. The platform good. But they use a Cayman Islands banking cartel that is a bit too tight in releasing money. If they had their customers in mind, they could open a US bank account to make payments normally. I sold a domain last month, and it has been an ordeal trying to get paid. In fact, the ordeal continues, day after day. And all customer serivice says is the same thing. Wait. And wait. And wait. They won't follow up on it or ty to locate it. I know someday it might show up somewhere - maybe in my account, maybe back in theirs. But with no customer service to help, it is maddening. Good thing they sold to Godaddy. I hope GD changes the payment system.

Ok registrar

Ok registrar, but they have just been bought out by GoDaddy, whom I've been trying to avoid. Their UI for DNS records doesn't support CAA records, which is a deal breaker for me.

Despite this, customer support was good and the experience generally good. They definitely seem more targeted towards people with many domains, rather than someone with just 1 or 2 domains.
