Nathalie is an incredible practitioner who brings genuine humility and respect to everything she does. Nathalie worked with my daughter when she started to find school overwhelming and began to disengage from education. Nathalie went WAY beyond what would be expected from a regular tutor. She arrived every session full of positive energy and armed with fun, practical activities. As well as helping my daughter, Nathalie was also a mine of information for me as I started to learn more about neurodiversity and preparing for our life outside of the mainstream.

I have worked as a teacher with Nathalie in two settings. She always provides lots of appropriate resources that really engage pupils and meet their needs. She has fantastic SEND knowledge and experience. Nathalie celebrates every child exactly as they are and gives them confidence that ‘springboards’ their learning.

Nathalie has been absolutely wonderful for Adam. From the very beginning, she created a calm, supportive environment where he felt safe, understood, and genuinely encouraged to learn. Her patience is remarkable, and she has a real gift for adapting her teaching so that concepts finally “click” without pressure or overwhelm.

What stands out most is how she sees the whole child, not just the academic challenges. She celebrates small wins, builds confidence step by step, and nurtures a love of learning that had been difficult for Adam to access before. The progress we’ve seen — not just academically, but emotionally — has been incredible.
