Ordered a TV unit from these guys and couldn’t be happier- now going to order a coffee table from them.
I’ve given them five stars but would have given Six if I could.
For the price point you won’t get better quality ( and uniqueness) anywhere else.
Seamless ordering process, fantastic communication and quick delivery.
Anytime I’m looking to replace an item of furniture I’m looking here first.
Stop looking at the big brands with their generic, boring stuff and look here , you won’t be disappointed

I bought some industrial wall shelves from this company and could not be happier with my purchase. The shelves are really high quality for a reasonable price, they also arrived very quickly, Highly recommend this company for the quality of its goods and the speed at which they are delivered.

Really happy with the bed frame a nice surprise it was delivered sooner than expected. We had a few problems with one of the parts. George was very helpful in sorting the problem out and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would certainly buy from this company again and recommend to others.

We had an awkward area that we required furniture for. Through no fault of Unique Home Furniture we needed to return it. We dealt with George who was extremely efficient and attentive with the whole process and ensured the money was paid back into my account very efficiently. I would have no issues with either dealing with them again or recommending others, as their reputation is clearly important to them.

Purchased a very unique nest of tables. The quality is amazing. It arrived very promptly with excellent packaging. The service I received was incredible. I was away from home at the time I wanted to order this item but I didn’t have to worry as they very generously kept it for me to return home. It wasn’t a couple of days it was weeks. Unfortunately, the item never arrived but UHF were very helpful and gave me a full refund without any quibbling.

Speedy and coureous response to a query about delivery. Product arrived securely in packaging appropriate for glass and to the deadline described.

Fantastic service from this company. There was a problem with my order, so I had to wait for it to come back into stock. I was offered a refund straight away but chose to wait for it. This rustic cabinet is true to the image on the website. It fits exactly into an alcove in my old farmers country cottage. It really looks the part and is very funtional. I especially like the sliding door. The cupboard itself is roomier than I was expecting. Big shout out to George from Unique Home Furniture. He is extremely helpful and genuinely looks after his customers. I highly recommend this lovely cabinet

I saw a fabulous bookcase advertised on ebay through Unique Home Furniture, and got in touch to see if they could do a bespoke version for me. George said they could and we started the process for ordering a pair of large bookcases, to go either side of a chimney breast.

In the end I decided to order the first bookcase and see if all went OK before ordering the second. The first one arrived OK in December 2022 and is a nice piece of furniture, but the proportions were not the same as the original I had seen.

For the second one I sent in a diagram of what I wanted and asked for a fresh quote. Which is where things stalled. Eventually after 6 weeks of chasing he sent me a quote which was not what I'd asked for, but which included the phrase "Highcliffe Design". After a bit of Googling I discovered this on the website of New Forest Rustic Furniture, who I then realised were the actual supplier.

In retrospect I think maybe there was a breakdown in communications somewhere and too many people in the chain for a conversation about a detailed design.

Once I was able to speak to the supplier, I sent them my diagram, got a computer sketch back within 24 hours and was able to order exactly what I wanted for significantly less than George had quoted.

I realise that reselling is how Internet retail works, but because I was not (as I thought) dealing with the actual supplier, I missed out on being able to specify exactly what I wanted for the first bookcase. The communication was clearer and easier when I was dealing direct with the actual supplier.

I would highly recommend New Forest Rustic Furniture. The second bookcase arrived this week and is fabulous.

The moral of the story is to do a Google Lens image search on everything you buy on the Web, to see who is the primary supplier and what is a good price for the product.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Good quality items, well packaged, delivered promptly, and kept updated throughout.
It is rare these days to receive such good service.
