Easy from start to finish. Company was very accommodating to when I wanted the sofa delivered. Perry and Owen who delivered the sofa were so lovely and professional. They were so careful putting the sofa into my house. And most importantly the sofa is wonderful. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend this company.

We have had an excellent service from S2 sofas. We visited the showroom which was huge and we had plenty of help deciding on our new sofa but with no hassle at all. Our delivery by Perry and Owen was perfect. Great lads and they did a fantastic job getting the sofas through tight doorways. Very polite, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

We had two sofas delivered this morning from S2 Sofas of Rotherham. The delivery guys Will and Owen were polite, friendly and extremely professional. They installed the sofas, tested the functions and explained everything to us. Well done to Will, Owen and S2 Sofas. The whole buying and delivery experience was second to none. I would definitely recommend the company!

Saw 2 Parker knoll settees on their site, rang up, ordered, job done in 10 mins. Later rang to check colour again and then with a delivery query. Staff always efficient and friendly. Arrived on time and Will and Owen the delivery guys set the settees up and went through everything. Great lads, great service overall. Recommend this company very strongly.

My experience with this company from order to delivery has been fantastic. Very professional and all staff friendly and helpful throughout. Big shout out to Owen and Will who delivered our sofa yesterday. They contacted us 30 mins before arrival and were very polite and helpful setting our gorgeous media sofa up.

We went to buy a new sofa last week and we saw Sam , he was so helpful and patient, no rush , just relaxing environment at our own pace , we chose the sofa we wanted and it was delivered today by Will and Owen , very professional and polite , clean and tidy , the sofa was up in no time , and they removed our old sofa which was a massive help , I give the company and its staff 10/10 for efficiency and quality.

I took my Mum to S2 Sofas, she is in her 80's and the last thing she needs is salesmen harassing her, I knew there would be no problem at S2 Sofas, from the moment we walked in we were left alone to browse hundreds of Sofas over 4 floors, there is a lift so no problem with stairs, the guy who was working there simply said to us let me know if you need any help or information and left us to it. After about 30mins my mum saw a leather three piece suite at an amazing price, i found the guy who told us to ask if we needed any help and he sorted all the paperwork and delivery details within 10 mins, no trying to sell extras like warranties or protection products. On the day of delivery the delivery men removed my mums old sofas from her room to other areas of the property as she requested and then put the new 3 piece suite exactly where she wanted it, the delivery men Will and Owen where friendly, polite, and professional, i would highly recomend S2 Sofas.

Perry and Will delivered my new sofa from S2 sofas today, what a credit to the company. Very polite and helpful, got a call with an estimate time 20 minutes before delivery. Set everything up and even helped clear the dust sheets away. Very happy with my sofa, highly recommend this company. Thank you

Another purchase from S2 Sofas, great service again right from Perry in the showroom and delivery by Owen and Will. We bought the sofa on Tuesday and asked if it could be delivered the following day as they delivered to our area on Wednesdays. We received a call first thing in the morning and the sofa arrived by 1pm. Less than 24 hours after our purchase! We couldn't ask for better service, S2 Sofas have got customer service down to a tee, they are great. Will definitely recommend them. Thank you

Great experience in store and the selection of well known make sofas was unbelievable.
Contacted me the day before delivery and the drivers Will and Owen kept me up to date on the day. Delivery was great and assembled the sofas and advised re the recliner. Cannot fault service.

First the 2 man deliver team , Perry and Owen Excellent 5 stars , very friendly and took time to arrange my room for me to fit my new leather sofa and leather recliner in .
Plus the in house team were very helpful during email's exchange's.
I would highly recommend S2 Sofas to any future buyers.

Firstly on buying online I was phoned by a very helpful gentleman to discuss the item and go through the process and arrange delivery. Sam and Perry who delivered the item, were on-time, extremely professional and polite young men and also took trouble to protect the flooring on entry and were extremely careful carrying the item into the room. They showed us how the electric recliner worked and answered any questions we had. They were the best most polite careful delivery men and we are loving the sofa.

Both Will and Owen were extremely helpful and even moved our old suite outside for us, couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you Will and Owen.

2nd sofa from S2 Sofas and same as last time. Plenty of choice in the store and non pushy staff who let you browse and sit on as many sofas as you like. Excellent prices and some real good bargains compared to other stores.
Purchased on Thursday and delivered on Saturday. Two outstanding young men Will and Owen delivered with the upmost care for the sofa and my property.
