Unilever is yet another soulless corporation that caved to political pressure by firing the CEO of Ben & Jerry's.

This company fired their CEO for being anti genocide.

By all means, a corrupt corporation acting in ways that look and feel similar to what China has done to Hong Kong.
They can't follow a simple agreement without trying to bully their way through Ben & Jerry's.
Unilever is, by definition, supporting corruption, undemocratic values, and licking the boots of a dictator.
I recommend that everyone boycott all its brands indefinitely.

Bland bland and very small

On two occasions concerning totally separate issues I contacted Unilever customer service via email/ on line queries form. On both occasions my efforts have been ignored.
Regarding their customer service, this company deserves a zero star rating!!

I switched laundry detergent brands and tried Surf tropical lily powder and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is for the price, it cleans my clothes well despite my washing machine only washing with cold water as the heating element has failed. The powder also leaves a pleasant scent on the clothes. I highly recommend this laundry detergent.

Don’t return payment made by mistake to them! Just stoped to answer! Ignore debt collectors too!

False promotion in Italy with promises of cashback if clients bought their Dove Advanced Care bubble bath.
No intention at all to give the cashback to clients who have tried the product, just a pretend to induce the purchase

I recently purchased Persil 3-in-1 Bio Capsules, and I'm absolutely furious with the results. After using these capsules, my once pristine white top is now dyed blue! And to make matters worse, Unilever has the audacity to gaslight me, insisting that I must have washed my white top with a colored item.

I’m 44 years old, and I've been doing laundry for over two decades. I know how to separate whites from colors. This was a load of pure whites, no colors anywhere near it, and yet, somehow, these capsules managed to ruin my clothes.

To add insult to injury, Unilever's customer service is absolutely disgusting. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to patronize and blame me for their faulty product. It's clear they don't care about their customers at all.

I urge everyone to stay away from Unilever products, especially Persil 3-in-1 Bio Capsules. They’re not worth the risk to your clothes, and dealing with their customer service is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and find a brand that actually stands by their products.

What rubbish. Advertising how it works upside down and sticks to the bowl.
Not what I found at all might just as well used normal bleach and much cheaper than this product.

I can't find a separate section for Hellmanns mayonnaise & I fully appreciate that everyone's tastebuds are different - but I'm curious to know if I'm the only one who finds Hellmann's 'REAL' Mayonnaise utterly tasteless ?

They changed the formula in ALL of their lotions and its awful I'll never do business with them anymore they didn't warn consumers the new formula is garbage.

Smiling sketched faces on the packaging of Simple biodegradeable Wipes is not going to distract users from excessive shrinkflation of this product.

Don't buy Unilever products. They're the worst company I've come across.
I bought Surf powder & it bleached all my clothes. They asked me a million questions, then after said it's your problem, it contains BLEACHING AGENTS! Damaged £200 worth of clothes, some new Fatface shirts & hoodies & not even a £5 voucher as an apology.

Another time, Surf washing up liquid made my hands really dry & cracked. They said thanks for letting us know. Wouldn't give my money back even.

Getting the job was the worst thing ever. Leaving was the best thing about this place, get a proper job and not this shi#hole it's ran by morons.
