Bad quality items
The quality of the things we got in the UniKit is really bad, especially considering how much you pay for it. The pillows are worth absolutely nothing, and give no support whatsoever.
The tea towels leave behind small particles of dust on your dishes, even after washing them a couple of times.
The duvet set barely fit the items that come with it, especially the duvet cover which is just too small for the duvet and keeps falling off.
The hook we got was useless as well and could not hold up anything, not even a towel.
The plates/cutlery/pans are okay, nothing special. However, one of the pan's coating wore away extremely quick.
When I recieved my UniKit, there were even some stains on the things I recieved (which I made pictures of, if proof is needed.)
The only reason you should get this is because of the convenience-- but I would suggest just going to the IKEA instead because the quality of the items versus the price is just not worth it.

Quality of cooking appliances are poor
Quality of cooking appliances are poor, the pots and pans rust too quickly after only a few uses. Delivery was too difficult as they have to hand the parcel in person, delivery got delayed many times even when I was already waiting for it at the designated place and time, ended up having to buy my own tools since the kit came in too late due to the delay

Convenient but terrible quality for the price
The program and system is good in theory; however, there are many more things to work on. I appreciated how simple it was to order online and find suitable kits for my needs. One issue was that the quality of the items were terrible. From the sheets to the kitchenware, everything had such low quality even for the price. I was able to find cheaper prices and better quality elsewhere. My order had a missing item, but the customer service team did a good job of sending it to me later.

Convenient, but doesn't have everything you need
It's definitely worth it if you want convenience. When I arrived at my dorm, the package was already in my room. The quality of the products is not great, but they get the job done. In hindsight, though, I feel like the bedding is really the only thing I NEEDED, the kitchen and towel set I should've gotten at a store. My issue is that I was looking mostly at the pictures of the kits to see what was in there, so I was mislead, since it only says in the fineprint that you get 3 towels, not the 4 depicted, for example. The standard kitchen kit also doesn't come with anything you need for baking a simple cake, it was even missing the baking tray, so it's useful for cooking, but I still had to run to the store for the rest.

Products sold may be a little more pricey compared to what’s available outside. However, it provides convenience all the way to your accommodation. Highly recommend to get all the necessities such as pillow, knife, through UniKitOut. It’s really beneficial especially for international students.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality of bedsheets and pillow covers. Rough material, loads of lint upon first wash, and the material makes it stink up really easily even after wash. Get them somewhere else because these weren't particularly cheap either.

I can only speak on the pillows, bedsheets and duvet, but the quality is way too low for the price. You can find better quality products for the same or for a lower price in most stores. I absolutely do not recommend.
